I *love* vacuum seal bags! I put dryer sheets in with the items and they come out smelling great. My daughter was a premie too. It always amazes me how tiny she was back then versus now. She was 4.5lbs when she was born & 3.5lbs when she came home.

We had that happen with our daughter’s nose! She had to have it done again several years later when different blood vessels got too large…
Grace...I raised 4 boys a year apart. Hubs and I worked full time 40 miles from home in Seattle. long drives home, who would pick the kids up from daycare...ya know. Sports after work/school then dinner. It was challenging for sure. In my 60's now with littles. We help where we can, because we know the struggle. I found that if I could do one small chore during the week on a daily basis, it was a great help for me on the weekends. But the grace I gave myself, was heaven sent.

Hej Jamie, I needed somebody to get their life together, because I don‘t have mine together right now. But that’s fine, there are some things one doesn’t have control over. But seeing you be there and get those floors clean and the laundry folded gave me a sense of calm and relaxation. Thanks so much for always showing up for us!

My son was born at 29 weeks and weighed 2 pounds. I remeber how teeny tiny he was in that tubby. So amazing how resiliant and tough all these babies are. Just saying hi from one Nicu mom to another ❤
you asked recently what kind of videos we like to see/what keeps us here. for me - its videos like this. cleaning + chit chat + organization of a specific space. i realize that you can only organize your home so much - but its really nice to see different ways to organize different things so it gives me ideas of what i can do in my home. since you recently moved in, i can relate. i moved into my home 2 years ago - and it was also custom built. we went from a really small ranch home to a 2 story 4 bedroom home and theres lots of closets that i want to reorganize again after being here for a little while.

Homework needs to get done, dinner needs to be put on the table by 5:30, has to be cleaned up asap, kids need to be bathed every night and house picked up! Heck if I leave the clean dishes in the dishwasher till the morning - it’ll be okay! They’ll still be there later !!

Great video as always Jamie! I love your idea about grouping like items together and sorting from there. I have a lot of work to do in my home this Summer and I get overwhelmed easily. I think using this method will work well for me, especially working one small section at a time.

Jamie!!!! I know your girls love the love eagle camera on the computer but you must show them the San Diego Zoo live feed cameras!!!! They have live feed streams in the different monkeys, giraffes, elephants, bears, penguins, and so so so so much more!!! My kindergarten class is obsessed with checking on the animals during our breaks!

Awesome job with the linen closet, it looks great! Enjoyed the little pep talk to as I used to really beat myself up about not getting things done when I first got arthritis and know I have learned that everything still gets done just not all at once and that's ok. I have learned to pace myself in relation to the pain and amount of energy I have now and again. I agree with you that with social media and everything it is so easy to beat yourself up when you don't need to, everybody has different lives and things going on and we have to remember that so thank you. 💖

I need to learn to give myself some grace. I’m a full time teacher, wife, stepmom and a dog mom to a reactive dog. My husband also travels for work frequently so sometimes it’s just me juggling everything and I will work work work to the point of exhaustion every day.

I really appreciated your pep talk. So many times people say to "give yourself some grace" but not many people talk about how to practically do that. You are spot on, take some shortcuts, let things slide when it isn't something that needs done, relax when you need it. You asked in your last video why do you (viewers) specifically come back to watch. I love your quality of content (camera work, shots, editing, etc), cleaning tips and how genuine you are. I enjoy watching videos where I feel like I'm learning something and/or hanging out with a friend who is also living the mom life. 😁
I also appreciate your easy recipes. I am like you, I enjoy cleaning and organizing, my least favorite homemaking chore is cooking and I have the same issues with trying to decorate. 😄

You are so amazing. My thing is, I'm pretty much disabled. I have to use a walker and a wheelchair. I'm not able to stand. I do the best that I can. It's so overwhelming. I'm also very tired all the time. Even when I pick up a little, it still looks very messy and cluttered. Thank you for all you do. ❤️
I love those buckets, too! We use them for laundry hampers in my girls' rooms. We have a cube shelf by our front door, each kid has a bin for their socks and miscellaneous stuff and another bin we keep sunscreen and bug spray in since we often grab them on the way out the door! Socks by the door has saved us soooo much time in the mornings with not having to run to their rooms and get socks!

Happy that's your daughter she will feel better soon and not having bloody noise anymore...I bought from five below organizing bin with lids I used them for toilet paper so they stay clean ...me too sometimes I ignore the mess 😂 ...I told my husband I will have one day off not doing anything ( cooking or cleaning) 😅 ...I hate being in same routine ( cleaning and cooking) but in the same time I liked to see my house clean and tidy 😅 life its not easy ...thank you Jamie' for your motivation videos.
