In this video, Anatoly will go to the GYMS with his heavy mop to surprise beauties and big guys. As usual, he pretends to be a Beginner that he decides to do an exercise with bodybuilders for the first time in his life. My back is broken and several places. When I was at my peak physical condition, I was doing my laundry, and so I came out of a bodybuilding gym, I didn’t bother turning around. He was yelling and screaming profanity, he ran up behind me, grabbed my leg, and my side and body slammed me on my face and belly. Then he put his boot back. I’ve been struggling ever since. Working out is essential if I want to keep myself moving and the to slow the deterioration. Are used to lift nearly my weight. I don’t mind being a has-been… it’s better than being never been. I’m not done yet.
You are an inspiration for me even though you you are probably more than half my age.

I stopped high level powerlifting after.a decade and love working on being sprinter, on treadmill etc but this guy makes me return to powerlifting again lol. I remember good old days
well, is good thing, cause how you’ll train and proggressive overload your upperbody if you only do sprinting. And yeah, while first years you will not feel those muscular imbalance, in some years it will be smth you might of wanted to think about:). And some time in gym from time to time for a push and pull feels nice. Much love and take care 💙

No hard feelings, no envy - I see only guys who are genuinely concerned about Anatoly hurting himself.
