    4 Styles of Communication | Communication Styles In The Workplace
    Hey everyone! Here is a quick video summarizing the 4 styles of communication. Obviously these aren't the only four styles of communication but they are some of the more popular ones.
    In this video I will show you the strengths and weaknesses of each style as well as how you can use these styles of communication to adapt what you say to talk to anyone.

    Hello comments section! I have a question for you. Which style of communication do you find yourself using the most? Did this video help you work with your co-workers in the workplace? Let me know! And are there any other topics you'd want me to cover?

    I think that I like to use personal/functional the most; but especially in the third person, to get others to see/understand from another's personal perspective, why things are done or need to be done in a certain way, for an expected result/positive change.
    Analytical & Intuitive to explain a problem.

    I feel like I’m more of a personal communicator, but I prefer being spoken to with intuitive communication and greatly appreciate the more functional communicators because they ensure that projects get done right. Kinda tough to assess which one to use, but definitely my style is more personal.

    Great video! I am an intuitive communicator and one one down side as analytical is to come off as not diplomatic. I found that modulating tone can help! Another suggestion: it would be great to see "the boss" pictured as female ;)

    I have the tendency to be an Intuitive Communicator first followed with a tie between Functional and Personal communications. I can be a bit long winded especially when I have emotions fueling any particular topic. Thank you for the information and the presentation was easy to follow.

    Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing with $150k and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and get more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

      Hi. I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second child. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks

    • @Essien-ij
      @Essien-ij 9 днів тому

      @@Christian-3e However, if you do not have access to a professional like Clementina Abate Russo, quitting your job to focus on trading may not be the best approach. It is important to consider all options and seek guidance from reliable sources before making any major decisions. Consulting with an AI or using automated trading systems can also be helpful in managing investments while balancing other commitments
