France's reprezentative show us all in one:
1. What is song,
2. How everyone who comes at Eurosong need to know to sing a song.
3. His singing was so emotional and touchable for me. When I heard this guy the first time, I've started to cry. I didn't know any single word from France language. But it was so emotional and touchable for me.
3. His acapella 2 meters far from microphone, OMG! IT WAS THE BEST ENTRANCE EVER, EVER ON THE EUROSONG CONTEST!!!👏👏👏

Slimane is massive in France.
He won The Voice France 2016, robbing all french hearts from the blind audition onwards.
Since then, he has released 4 albums: they all monopolized the #1 seat in french charts.
All his concerts in the biggest venues are booked immediately.
He is known to be a very skilled vocalist, with an impressive range and a unique tone. But first and foremost an emotional powerhouse that always delivers perfectly live. He can sing acapella in front of large venues and is not shy to perform on the biggest scenes: he sang Mon Amour for new year's eve on the Champs-Elysées, in front of more than 1 million people.
He is also an amazing songwriter: he composed and wrote most of his own songs, and also has produced songs for the greatests of the french music scen (Amel Bent, Kendji Girac, Florent Pagny, Vitaa, ….)
Up to, recently, the great Lara Fabian: he is co-creating and co-composing her latest album with her, she just released the first song "Ta Peine" (Your Sorrow), with a music video recorded on a sicilian beach, close from her home.

@@ClaudiaErnst where are you living? He has a concert in Berlin on Jan 23 2025, a concert in Antwerp in Feb 01 and Warsaw on Feb 04.
@@ericsicard910 I've to wait for another tour. Antwerp is the closest, but also over 4 hours and the date is not possible for me. I hope he's coming to Cologne one day.😍

His voice cracked slightly in the 2nd semi but in the final it was flawless. He is amazing. The way he emotes is 2nd to none. He is the whole package: handsome, humble, incredible, powerful voice with an amazing gift of communicating his emotions. What else do you need? IMO, He should've won. 💙🤍❤️

Slimane is a god, dont want to take anything away from him! But when i was a dancer/acrobat in the Swedish eurovision we had a click track in the inears on stage. So i guess he have it aswell.
Sure, but it's a song contest, not a dance contest, so maybe you were allowed, not sure if singers would be allowed. But still, a nice inside info. I'm sure he would be able to do it with or without the click track just fine :)

he didnt win because he identify as a man. Sorry to telle the truth but yes Slimane is a way better singer then the winner. the thing is he doesn't spread any political message by who he is : a man
eurovision was plenty political this year. slimane too, called for peace as did many other artists. if you think pushing nonbinary identities was the main goal, then why did ireland place 6th and not higher? even israel, who got booed (rightfully, for political reasons) placed 5th.
I tell you one thing you dont get the French accent …the singer has a slight North Africa accent when singing …not strong but a French native can feel it
So what?! Did Nemo, the winner of the Eurovision Song, sing with a perfect English accent?! Of course not!. I suppose we should promote a non-accent song next year for the EU contest! The only thing is, we may have to borrow some of the beautiful, raw voices from North Africa to make you feel the goosebumps!
I am French and you are slightly mistaken, he has no accent but when he finishes each verse, he places notes that remind me of oriental music. It trancences the music and makes it more emotional. Quite a symbol.

Amerika isn't measure for god song
1. Their diction is horrible.
2. They have so many vibratos in their singing which is horrible too.
3. Pop music is singing in a straight line withought vibratos like ehe, ehe, ehe.
4. Standarda for correct singings belongs to Europe schools.
In the very long past America had great standards for singing pop and rock music. But, now America is so far from that standards.
