My favorite is Igit’s blind audition, Gustine is a close second. That being said, Maximilien Philippe and Ryan Kennedy blind auditions are not in this list and they are memorable in my opinion :)

I love the French ear to hear differences in vocals. They chose to hear some of the roughest vocal diamonds, that no amount of pressure could turn it into a pure stone, and can appreciate it to the max.
Imo the European and Australian versions are So much better than the US. It’s really frustrating that 3/4 of the people here already had record labels, were already Professional singers etc. I wish they were all ‘amateurs’ who hadn’t had those opportunities.

So very French. I've always appreciated their sense of drama and characterizations in
popular music ever since I was in my teens back in Japan. It's been 65 or more years.
Now in US at 76. They have the most iconic singers over the years that will never be
confused with anyone else bcs of their unique voice or style.
You'll be surprised how popular French Chanson are in Japan from 1940s on.
