Great video thank you! You have saved me a big repair bill. You just need the T20 torque tool to remove the bottom. It’s a special bit that is available. Your video was very clear and very helpful. The repair only took 10 minutes once you have the proper tools.😊

Hi, I was actually wondering if you could help me. So am I magnifica XS the grounds drawer container busted on the end and that's the end that goes in front of the sensor so that you can brew coffee or espresso latte whatever. I'm waiting on a replacement one but it won't be here till Tuesday and I obviously don't want to go without. After this whole situation I will purchase a backup machine like my mom used to do with her coffee pot. But until then I was wondering if you could tell me is there anything that I could put there temporarily until my new grounds drawer arrives. I have the magnifica XS
Sharp video ! I have a problem, I did find anyone with the same problem yet, could you help me please ? My Perfecta 5500b is brand new, I have used it 3 weeks so far. The infuser is stuck in a way that prevents the door from closing, and the infuser reset procedure doesn't do anything. So I am completely stuck. This happened because I am new to this and I tried to remove the infuser out of position. What can I do to remove it, or to put it back into normal position ? Thanks much!
