But the part that giving methotrexate to a pregnant woman is sometimes ok, depending on a situation. For example the mother is experiencing ectopic pregnancy, and methotrexate is the first line of defense with ofcourse following the criteria of taking it. A normal pregnant mother should not take methotrexate but, a mom with a condition of ectopic pregnancy is sometimes given methotrexate to treat their current condition. Side effects is making me a little reluctant on taking it. But I gotta do something to stop flare ups.

Folinic acid or folic acid ?? As per my knowledge its folinic acid as methotrexate inhibit DHFReductase which help in formation of folinic acid
