Did you ever hear back from them I to have had problems buying car mats I brought some tailored made car mats for Toyota Yaris on Amazon from a seller and it was not tailored to my car It was to wide so just now I've had to buy more mats but not from Amazon a car mats specialist I think the ones u purchased were standard car mats I think these companies make you spend more to get good quality as their Luxury and premium mats are either ten or twenty pounds more
