Another great video, very tranquil and the abstract images deliciously beautiful, all the more stunning by their Scottish location. Love photographing ripples in sand with contrasting light locally when I combine with beach combing locally. Thanks for sharing. 😊

I also enjoy the calm serenity of mornings and evenings or just being isolated in a setting and this has always allowed me to become lost in the artistic process in a deeper level.

Well you certainly gave me inspiration to go out and take more ICM images and for me early morning is certainly the time I love best. I’m not a great lover of sunrises but I do love the time when there’s very few people around which allows me to immerse myself within my surroundings. At other times of day it can sometimes be intimidating carrying expensive gear around as not everyone can be seen as friendly as I’ve found out in the past so yes for me early morning is my time.

The day I bought my camera was the start of my journey . The photography made or brought me the important connection to nature as it’s all around us humans if we only make the effort to see its beauty from the other end of your lens . Loved your abstracts of the seagulls and ocean !

My favorite time of day for photography is during the pre-dawn hours. I like to be on location well ahead of blue hour which is perfect for long exposure photography. Anyway,I have found that those pre-dawn hours have a certain air of sacredness which demands reverence from me. Like you, I tend not to be too energetic for fear of breaking that reverence.

Like the bird photos. Sort of a impressionist type photos. Been playing with trying to get non clinical/tech perfect photos lately. Sometimes I get lucky & sometimes I get one by accident sort of by trying something different. All part of the fun for me.

What a great experience and boy do you come up with interesting images as seen through a 100-400 perspective. The ICM photo of the gulls with the mountains in the background is a personal favorite, so creative and the center gull adds so much personality to the image. Another very inspiring video, Kim. I liked the slow motion at the start of your episode. It was subtle and worked very well 😊
I think the calm measured tone in your voice complimented to slow motion at the start of the episode and flowed effortlessly and calmly to the closing scene. Not every UA-cam presentation needs to be 101% exuberant energy.
I do enough talking at work, so that when I’m at home or out and about, I much prefer to quietly and calmly flow through the day. Back in my yoof, you could not shut me up.😂
