Really glad you like them Ginny. I do some type of embellishment making about once a month, so hopefully you can browse my channel and find more good stuff. I do have an embellishment video coming very soon too!
Ooh, I really like the button idea. I love the pre-made button embellishments but DIY versions would be nice. Where do you like to buy plain wood buttons? In the mean time I'll look around and see what I can find.
What a great, informative video! Your pace was perfect ... not too slow but not too fast. I am definitely going to try out some of your examples; they look easy for me to make but will have a lot of impact on my scrapbook pages! Thanks!
This was a great video. Thanks for the ideas! Some of these I already knew, but were reminded of, and many of the ideas you took a step farther that I never would have thought of. 🎉
I loved many of these ideas and made a lot of them. My favorite was the faux brads. Used up the cover sheets on a lot of my kits to make them and they turned out so cute! I couldn't find any clear stickles or nuvo dots though, so I ended up using clear gel tacky glue. Any other ideas on how to make them look like a dome? Thank you for sharing all of your wonderful ideas.
Glad you made some great embellishments! The only other idea besides those dimensional glue-type products is clear enamel dots. Getting the sizing right can be tricky though.
What I used is Nuvo Crystal Drops in the Morning Dew color. You can find them from Scrapbook.com here shrsl.com/4gvo8, or from Scrapbookpal.com here shrsl.com/4gvob. (Just a note these are affiliate links which earns me a small percentage without affecting your shopping at all.) You could also use a product called Glossy Accents that is similar in nature. Hope that helps.
I appreciate your feedback. I have had similar comments in the past. My newer videos are just a little slower, but I still speed things up to pack in a lot of ideas. I know my style doesn't work for everyone. Best wishes to you.
@@CraftySoupVideo I think your pace was perfect. Not too fast, not to slow. And if it's too fast, we can always pause the video and catch up! I love your video.

Great tips! I love the faux brads. You can use wooden buttons that sink down in the middle. I try stick w/thinner buttons.
