Darrel, Happy New Year for 2023! Finally I have found a in-depth video for Divi and WordPress, truly invaluable as have been looking for a while. Can not thank you enough for this video. I do have two questions that have arisen. 1. Based in the UK and only selling to the US on my website, the plug in that you used to calculate tax automatically. If I use the same plug in will it automatically fill out tax charge in each states or do I need to manual do this> 2. I have seen the part were I can set free shipping, can I set pricing for expedited shipping in the same way? By any chance do you have a video showing how to do this? I don't know if someone noticed or not but the No. of Items in Quantity Field on Shopping Cart Page is not visible. Open the Setting/Editing of that module. In the Design Tab go to Fields Options and select the Field Text Color. It is Transparent by default. And thanks to Darrel Wilson for such an amazing tutorial.

This is a truly useful tut for a total overview of Divi & Woo basics for newbies. OK, Cool, BUT what I've been forever waiting on/looking for from you is a detailed tut that focuses only on all the options of using the THEME BUILDER to customize both the Product Gallery Pages & The Single Product Page. You kinda did that here, but I made a Single Product Page layout in Theme Builder but it only affects one page, not the entire site. What did I miss? Obviously, I suck at using the Theme Builder, so any tut that focuses exclusively on using the Theme Builder with every aspect of Woo would be a blessing for all us idiots out here. ALSO It would be beyond helpful to include effective ways to GET RID of the clunky default Woo ADD TO CART module & variation Drop Down selectors and replace them with COLOR SWATCHES & SIZE & PRODUCT STYLE BUTTONS - as a better way to present the Single Product Page variations. BTW - There Are No Tuts On This Anywhere On YT (That I Can Find) - Mega Thanks Rocking Dude !!!

It's really a separate subject and one that's never been properly told/explained by anyone (not even ET), and one I'm crazy weary over endless guessing how to make this core feature work properly. Divi is like a hot car ET delivers BUT WITH NO OWNERS MANUAL, and we're all left to flounder through it & count on rocking cats like yourself to help sort it out. BTW - You've totally got the knack DW!
Thank you for the tutorial Derek! love your videos as always, however the more I watch tutorials on Divi and WP, even if I like both platforms / tools, I am still coming to the conclusion is that for a solopreneur who already wears 25+ hats, it is way too long or a learning curve to learn how to creative websites with Divi and WP, unless you are super techy and your goal is to make websites for a living. There are so many settings... templates for some times of websites are very basic and if you already have a website it is difficult to integrate ecommerce fast. Wish I had a budget for a pro web designer who would support my websites and projects :). One way or another you pay a lot either with you money or time and effort.
I wonder if it is possible to add somehow ecommerce template pages to an existing website tweaking them a bit? however I guess design wise they are might differ a lot.
I do have a video coming on Astra very soon but I don’t really plan to make Gutenberg videos I just don’t feel like it’s a suitable option to build websites yet

Hi, This is a website with a shop page in the website in the upper menu. Only looked in 2 minutes in the tutorial, but I think you will make a tutorial like this. Do you also have a tutorial for Divi + WooCommerce for a real webshop? So where it is NOT just a shop page in the menu, but the whole website is a webshop?

Hey! Thanks for the feedback! You can build a Thank You page using Elementor or any page builder by creating a new page and customizing it with your desired content and design. Feel free to drop your questions in the comments.
When users added product to the cart they can view the carts ones they view the carts they can then go to proceed to checkout. If for whatever reason these pages are not displayed it’s because you might’ve deleted them you can re-propagate these pages by going to commerce tools and re-propagate the woocommerce pages.

Hi Darrell! When optimizing for mobile… if I create a custom product page, then optimize that page for desktop, tablet and mobile device. Will it apply the optimization to every product new product I add? Or will each page have to be optimized each time?
Great video as always! I was long time divi user but switched to using Kadence and Gutenberg as I found Divi was slowing down performance and loading lots of unnecessary scripts. Have you Divi running well or does it to still bloat and slow performance.

It depends on where you put it. For the actually size of it, it should be under 50kb. For dimension size landing page it should be 1920x1080 ish

I'm lost at 3:09:38 on this time marker about carts. How did we ended up linking the carts or how does it show up via selection of cart to checkout.
