Hi Harshal! Don't worry if you don't know HTML and other coding Scripts. And that's good for you. it would take of you months to create a just static website with a lot unfunctionalty and becomes very heavy. Nothing to talk about it. But as such, it is good to try it as experimental site to just getting the idea.
@@hamidrekibi7540 It's a very good intro video. Besides, I haven't seen many ecommerce sites that are dynamic. There's a reason why most ecommerce sites are static, whereas entertainment sites are more dynamic.

@@joecool1374 google rates your website on speed to. So having a webpage with a lot of information and a slow server will give your webbshop a low rating. So keep the file size down and make the webpage as responsive as possible. There are many services that provide speed benchmarking.

I've watched your previos video and I installed the free version of Elementor, I've been doing some changes to my site based on that video, I'm currently watching the video above and I've noticed you mentioned that we will be using a paid version of Elementor. My question is this, if I upgrade from free to a pro version, would it affect any settings that I've set up so far and would I need to reinstall it or is it something I can upgrade and just continue editing?
@@interestingvideos6971 the pro version allows you to design the product pages, shop pages, and use the theme builder. You can always use the default shop page and product page for now. If you upgraded, nothing will change on your site and only the upgraded options will be available

I have one concern though, which I am sure many of us must be facing, i.e the website eventually ends up being slow with so many plugins. Just at the top of my head, there are plugins like Wordfence, Shipment Tracking, Booster, Woocommerce, WPForms, Elementor, Elementor Premium Widgets plugins, iThemes Security, Login related, Newsletter, Theme related plugins, SEO, Slider plugin, Wishlist, Cache... etc There are many more. With so many plugins, isnt website bound to be slow 😊 Just want to know your thoughts sir. God bless you.

Something to add to your tutorial is how to clean up, optimize and speed up your site. Something else to mention is the optimal sizes for images, i.e.: for a banner 1048x300, or something like that. Also, the image file type such as when to use JPG, or when to use PNG, etc.

I was almost going to buy flatsome and start my project but was on the fence about combining it with elementor. Some questions are popping up in my mind. It would be great to know what you suggest 1. Are you recommending to use Flatsome with Elementor? 2. Or you recommend a beginner can use any one of the two independently? and still create an awesome Estore. 3. Hi. Great tutorial! Thanks so much. Not sure if anyone has addressed this or not, but I found that when creating templates for product categories (2:2:34) you should just leave the Source set to "Current Query". If you don't, your product filters will not work. When set to "Current Query" the preview of products in Elementor will show all the products, but when viewing the actual site page in that category, the template will only show the category that is in the URL otherwise known as the current query. If you don't do it this way, and you instead leave the source on "Latest Products" and then use the "term" to set the category, none of your filters will work. That has been my experience. There's a tip that will save both the hair on your head and hours of frustration. ha!

I just wanted to say I have thoroughly enjoyed this video! As a newbie to ecommerce, I was able to follow this step by step, understand, and even have some laughs through the whole process. Looking forward to learning more about how to use my WordPress and Astra themes.
The options to edit the primary menu/header in the free version of the Astra theme are (now) laughably limited: the position of menu items is preset (to centered, ugh) and cannot be modified (to aligned to the left or right) making the primary menu look like dookie unless you're willing to pay for “AstraPro“, yearly, forever. Font size cannot be adjusted either. Edit: Fast forwarding through the video though it seems you can replace/override the Astra free version dookie header with your own using the theme/page builder menu (made available by buying the pro version of Elementor). So basically save your bucks. Btw Kudos to the author for the clear and uncluttered instructions.
Loved this video. The option to slow or repeat the video is a great feature. Would be great if you could index the progress bar, this would help in the spreading up etc.
This tutorial saved my a$$. Signed up for 10Web and had no clue who or what was an ELEMENTOR or how to deal with the WordPress partnership between the two. The video was super long but honestly I don't think there was any other way. This topic is just full of information. I would not recommend watching this without taking notes!

This tutorial saved my a$$. Signed up for 10Web and had no clue who or what was an ELEMENTOR or how to deal with the WordPress partnership between the two. The video was super long but honestly I don't think there was any other way. This topic is just full of information. I would not recommend watching this without taking notes!
