Good lord, they didn't even have the budget to properly animate Bugs in this interview.
Maybe because the movie was a major flop but nevertheless that still a great movie to me.
@@vincentfichtler7758 u can see it in the special features too
3:07 Well now, I wouldn't say that.
something about the smooth animation from 3:07 to 3:16 immediately followed by that stiff “it was good tho we bonded” is extremely funny to me
This was a fun movie; too bad its' massive failure pretty much turned the Looney Tunes into has-beens. Darn you, Pixar!
I think is because of matrix reloaded and dardevil movies Who as popular and faillure and fiding Nemo dominate the movie back in 2003
Pixar is a great studio do not get me wrong. But it should not compete with Warner Bros.
It wasn't a failure
Walt Disney said "If you can dream it, you can do it, and don't let anybody say you can't". This is my biggest dream goal of bringing the 2-D animated style from Disney once again and I'll be a movie director as well.
I LOVE LOONEY TUNES BACK IN ACTION!!!!
Dexter The Nostalgia Toonster same! It's an awesome movie!
I Don't Get Way People Hate It, Its What We Said About It Being Awesome And Amazing At The Same Time!!
Me too. It's like the Subspace Emissary of Warner Bros., only without the Subspacers.
@@renepantoja3297 That's true, even though I have no clue what "Subspace Emissary" is or what its all about!
And sorry if this reply is 5 months late!
Dexter The Nostalgia Toonster First, Looney Tunes: Back in Action.
Then, The Looney Tunes Show.
0:41 Great lip sync.
2:35-2:42. Gets me every time! X)
That's Eric Goldberg voicing Bugs
👍🏼🔥
is that Eric Goldberg voicing Bugs? I know he had the one line, but did he voice him again hear?
Mega Crash The Hedgehog no it is joe alaskey
@@rodrigoaldreteavila6408 It's not Joe.
@@Superstarseven yeah this is not Joe, This is Eric voicing Bugs on this interview. Joe was most likely unavailable to voice him in this.
@@sebastianortizramirez4430 4:51 I know that Eric Goldberg voiced Bugs Bunny in the interview, but did Goldberg do Daffy Duck's panting and "You're desthpicable!" in the interview (not counting clips from the film), as well? Or was it Joe Alaskey?
@@omanimoves6312 from the movie clip? No that's Joe. Eric only voiced Bugs on the Interview. But Eric did provide one line for Bugs that is in the final movie, The scene after Bugs does a parody of the shower scene from Psyco, he says "Doesn't anybody knock anymore?" That line was done by Eric instead of Joe for unknown reasons. But Joe voiced Bugs on all of the movie except that scene
Background music in this video from Network Music:
1:25 "Clowntime"
2:05 "Comedus Adventurus"
2:31 (unknown, probably from "Silver Screen Fun" or "Clowning Around" albums, if you can name it put the title in the comments fo me to edit this comment)
3:55 (repeats Clowntime)
4:57 "Kitchen Sink"
Who did Bugs and Daffy’s voice here?
THIS MOVIE WAS 10 TIMES BETTER THAN SPACE JAM. DONT @ ME
Yosemite Sam: Why You Didn’t interview me?!? 😤😠
Bugs is so cute .
Yosemite Sam: I Hate That Rabbit!
Yosemite Sam: He is Not Cute! That’s Rabbit is Stupid!
When it was zoomed out on Bugs, he had that same pose and smile each time when he was on the chair. Also am I the only one who notices Joe Alaskey's Bugs voice is a bit higher?
Edit: I just figured out this was a different voice actor, no wonder it didnt sound like Alaskey.
It doesn't even sound like a good Mel Blanc's impersonation at all
I think it’s Billy West.
@@meaganh637 It was Eric Goldberg who voiced Bugs here
This was my very first full deployment of Onamation, my live animated puppetry rig. This ENTIRE animation was done live, including insert of the "stock cutaways" that could be played on call. Eric Goldberg was amazing. He believed in the project, drew the whole thing after all the drawing was already done...and then did hours and hours of live interviews in character. Using my software, Onamatipn, to handle the compositing, frame/pose rigging, voice response, puppetry map; Dave Barclay and Bruce Lanoil did the puppetry, calling Bugs pose changes live based on the attitude Eric brought to the interview. It is a bit stiff, but it also happened live, on a limited budget, and we generated hundred of hours of live footage in several languages (Eric speaks Spanish) using about 300 frames of animation with live mouthcharts, not counting the inserts.
It developed a lot further than this example in later work. Here there were 10 live poses, really just single frames here, that could be called 2 cameras, a few little gestures, like blinks, and I maybe five little gag cutaways. This three camera shoot all streamed thru a live edit, and to tape. We made about 700 minutes of original voiced animations (forty ten minute interviews ) and a bunch of little station IDs in two days. Later characters, like Rhino for Bolt, had over 30 minutes of source, actually had breathing, and more of a 5d animation rig.
Thx Joe Goyette for amazing studio backup. Fun fact.. This production happens during the largest CME solar flare ever on record.. and actually caused glitches in bugs vocal response because the mic lines were long enough to pickup interference! We ended up moving the whole animation studio to shorten the wires and make it work.
Nowadays, many a phone can do this. 😊
Its great that I rewatched the Movie yesterday for its 20th Anniversary

bugs's voice in this isn't accurate at all
Unknown Kong Bugs' voice was
provided by the film's main animator, Eric Goldberg.
Who the hell voiced Bugs on this? Sounds nothing like him.
Mel Blanc died back in 1989 I'm sure you've known that the late Joe Alaskey was sorta next man up
See that I'm wondering too
yes, I know that, but that isn't Alaskey. Worst Bugs impression I've ever heard
