Besides these tips, you can also see vastly different results by using a sharp lens. In my review of the Nikon Z 105 Macro lens: ua-cam.com/video/rvlhCS5Sv-M/v-deo.html, you will find out why it is a great lens, but also a litlle bit annoying 🙂
Great video! I appreciate how you're ok with raising the ISO. I hear so many always stating that you must keep it at 100 and never go higher. That's simply not the case. Thanks for a great video.
Thanks, coming from landscape photography myself I was reluctant in the beginning to raise the ISO in macro, but doing so made a huge difference, also with the flash
Hey Peter! Just wanted to clarify, that changing the ISO does not change the amout of light (or photons) that hits the sensor - it only changes how much this information reaching the sensor gets amplified afterwards. Greetings and thanks for all the tips :)
Hi Daniel, You are totally right, and thanks for helping make that clear. The way I said is just common explantation and the way the words came to me when recording. Thanks
I think that extension tubes are a great way to get a little closer to your subject. Just remember that the lower a focal length the more magnification you get with extension tubes.

Thanks for these very educational tips.
Glad you liked it. Have a great day :-)

Kul att se Christiania cykel! Bra video Peter!
Tak Michal. Glad you like the Christiania bike, it's my "car" and I use it everywhere 😀

Do you use an extension tube, or do you recommend them?
Great video👍🏾

Where did you get your diffusers?
I bought them together with the flash on Loawa’s website
