Great savings! Biggest piece of advice I can give you when it comes to homebuying... don't settle. Get what you want. We settled, and here we are 17 years later wishing we hadn't. I love the idea of an open floor plan too. Someday lol!

The lost $10 is from cupcake boba. You counted the first $10 as $20. It should have totaled $137. Anyhow, great savings!!!!

Yes you are right! Just rewatched. So I was over $10 on that one and under $10 on the valentines but the amount at the end was still correct I believe. So the total amount saved stayed the same. Hopefully 🤞🏻
