What I am trying to Figure out is how to get the YC to effectively interact with the auxiliary input on a Behringer Model D. The thing I'm having a challenge with is the YC MIDI Out appears to have to be plugged directly into the Behringer Model D MIDI In to get the two to function together as far as the triggering is concerned and being able to run the two units plus other sounds on MIDI Channel 1 through a controller keyboard. One thing I'm trying to do is use the Behringer Model D Auxiliary Input to function mainly with the YC Farfisa combo organ sound to add additional filtering and envelope controls.
@Gakob Gillette Unrelated topics. Most combo organs have simpler waveform voicings for their bass keys. The black and the grey keys, often. These sounds of these keys are different than the ones in the upper register so that they can accommodate bass lines. The Reface totally ignores that. Super lame.
YAMAMA DUH?? Lets make a video demoing the Hammond sounds in a YAMAHA YC ( aka YC-10 COMBO ORGAN SOUNDS...), and not demo the actual YAMAHA COMBO SOUNDS.
Damn, this guy rules. Never heard Sun Ra mentioned in a gear demo before!
Just ordered the YC reface.Been wanting one since I got the CP 3yrs ago. These two keyboards are all I need for jamming out or recordings.📼🗽♥️
His name is Phil Clendeninn. Just wanted to put some respect on this fine musician’s name
I could listen to this guy all day. Cool gramps fosho. :)

Can these be linked together I can see myself using the YC and the CP together..
just have them side by side and use the octave select to ajust the play range
man most of my instruments are acoustic and or analog but this thing sounds just right to me
Thanks for the awesome review and tons of information.
I can’t wait to get the reface. I like playing my organ so i know it’ll be mind blowing for people to see that joker in action
I love how he tries to spin the idea you're going to have a camera on you as Yamaha having included presets! LOL
i cant really decide which one i buy, what if i want all the cp and yc sounds all together in one device?
The Yamaha YC61 may be close.
@@mmhcreates Much cheaper to buy the YC and CP.
Its sad that everywhere is out of stock on all the Yamaha Reface Pianos
I found a second hand Reface DX synth the other day! Awesome synth! 😊 I paid $229/2000 NOK/€207.
@@DJ_TideWave a few web sites are now saying end of April or the middle of May, 2022
This Man Is Great! What A KOOL DUDE!
Yes, sounds nice, but does it also play heavy church organ sound? Like one of these ten-meter high church organs from 1540 AD?
Not really
None of the combo organs have bass voices. Huge shortcoming.
