V1 Rotate: Instructing Isn't For Everyone, But It Gives You Great Skills

Most primary flight training is delivered by new low time instructors, who themselves are new low time pilots. This combination perpetuates gaps in skills and judgement development. Good judgement comes from experience which often develops from bad judgement...if you survive.
