    Most primary flight training is delivered by new low time instructors, who themselves are new low time pilots. This combination perpetuates gaps in skills and judgement development. Good judgement comes from experience which often develops from bad judgement...if you survive.

    Need a couple of pads on the wall to kill that echo; hard to listen to. Levels also could be adjusted.
