@whatmattersmost6725 i didnt notice those until after filming was over, but they WERE on the capsule. Not on the coin. They wiped off easily. The surface of the metal is flawless as far as I can tell. Thanks for watching!
I just got mine in the mail and no privy mark but that is ok cause I wasn’t expecting to get it. I can say that I love the box design along with the COA, and they brought back the clam boxes! I only bought this medal only to add to my collection regardless. I love it and am glad to have purchased it! 🤙🏽🍻🇺🇸
Beautiful piece. Hilarious... most bangable. I couldn't help but laugh out loud in real life, and although it made my injured back remind me that I'm not healed, I instantly thought of that bangable idea when the subject matter is stickers, not coins. ; ) Yes, nice hair, skinny eagle, and that gal has a powerlifter's neck. I agree with the gimmicky privy hype but waited until JUST before the box opened to hit the like button for good luck. I am glad that you like it.
I agree with the privy mark comment. Reminds me of what baseball card manufacturers did when I collected them. They'd randomly put in "chase" cards. You know, some gimmicky thing like most of the set was standard cardboard cut, but the chase card had a foil backing, or a hologram, or some such nonsense. People would buy boxes and boxes, chasing down those things. All it did was demean the rest of the cards to common status that few people wanted.
I compared the original 1794 with this one. On the obverse the star almost touches the 2 but on the original it does not. There is more space between the date and the stars. John P McGraw was the medallic artist who re-sculpted the 2024 obverse. Did anyone notice that also?
A lot of the big coin dealers and shops got the privy mark ones before they went on sale to the general public. They where sold already on eBay before these were released.
Mine should arrive Monday (tomorrow) I really want the gold version too, but wondering what it will be priced. I think that US Mint / Royal Mint collaborative coin was around $3700-3800 and gold back then was $2100-ish so with gold now at $2700 its probably going to be a $4000+ coin
I will never skip a flowing hair unboxing I bought it I hoped I would get a privy but I was gonna buy one with or with out the privy because I will probably never own an actual flowing hair lol 😂
Yay i Got mine 😃 🍀🥈today wow what a surpise for me I was supposed to get it til MONDAY AFTERNOON Still haven't opened mine been busy might open it tommarow or next day privy or not am still happy with my purchase..
Ahh , I'll see if it equals my newly acquired Intaglio Mint 2 oz. St. Gaudens on Monday when it arrives . Unless it depicts the privy then I may need medical assistance lol Subbed 🙏
Most bangable US liberty? SLQ liberty for sure. A well struck out MS Type 1? It's a coin you are proud to have but don't really want to take home to mom. BUT, the new design for the 2026 dime that was published 4 days ago on Coin World may change my mind if it actually happens.
Lady Liberty on the Morgan Dollar was the hottest. (At least the model for it was considered to be very attractive.) As a kid, I always thought that Barber's Liberty was a dude.
I also question where this was mailed from. Irving, TX is essentially Dallas TX. Why is the mint mailing something that was Philadelphia out of Dallas, in an unsealed box? I'm guessing they are using a third party to ship. Without a seal of any kind, anybody at that third party shipper had access to open and switch out the privy for a standard. Something isn't right.
I think the mint engraver could have done a way better job on both sides especially the eagle that looks anorexic speaking for myself i think it's worst design the mint has ever made
Nice metal, do I see Milk Spots in front of the chin and below? I hope it's on the capsule?

Mine came in a white Treasury US Mint box. No privy mark. But def diff packaging than the white envelope.

@gulfcoasttreasurehunter9112 wow, i just looked it up. Those will be some sweet times. A dime on a dime lol
It’s a beautiful medal with a lot of empty field, the devices stand out
Haven't seen anybody pull a privy yet . Something feels wrong about this one feel like dealers took the majority .
@silverseacaptain3444 i dont think you're wrong!
Cheers
@KCTShark cheers friend!

Good work wang.
Nice joke about lady liberty not missing neck day haha
It is entirely possible that Robert Scott was engraving the eagle from a source other that the one we are accustomed too.

As a kid, I always thought that Barber's Liberty was a dude.
@@swilliams937 Barber's Liberty is very masculine - i assumed it was actually a sculpture of David (Bible) when I was younger!
Wonder why it's taking so long for mine

It looks like they just changed Washington's wig. And yeah the eagle is very disappointing. It doesn't look like am eagle.
