You should be able to order one via your local dealer.
The motor is based on the DT230 Lanza so the piston from yamaha should fit as well.

Why would you want to run a spark arrestor unless its required by law?

Has anybody got a chance to ride the k6 EFI and if so how do you like it

I have only spent time on the K6 carb version, good bike, quite comparable to the modern 4t bikes.
I would recommend trying to set up a demo with your local dealer to test it out.
