I actually fucking love how innocent, almost childish the whistling sounds on the GBA, then the foreboding synth kicks in behind it and re-contextualizes everything
Yeah other than the very beginning id say it sounds pretty dope. The developers seemed to have put a good effort when it comes to translating this soundtrack
The icon himself definitely can, but PSX Doom had to run with limited RAM (Essentially, all monster sprites used in the levels had to be loaded at all times, so if the Icon had been implemented it would have only been able to spawn a few types of monsters.)
Ice cream man from hell
This should get more likes tbh
Hells frozen over!! But God damn that shit makes a good vanilla O.o

I'm surprised it sounds this good on GBA, Opening To Hell is one of those songs I couldn't imagine working well on GBA.

"While the Other Worlds are strange and Frightening, the world of zenith is a nightmare."
Sounds like a baby lullaby at the beginning.
This song is creepy on the level Icon Of Sin

Reminds me of the radio theme/distorted trumpets from HL2.
True
The port actually came out in the same year as Half Life 2
@@Nihilistic-Mystic That just makes it even funnier to me in all honesty
@@jorts_master69 Y'know what's funnier? The fact that you still actively reply to 4 year old comments of yours. What a gigachad.
@@Nihilistic-Mystic Having too much time on my hands is a hell of a drug
If you play MAP32 on the gba and compare it to MAP30 on PC, the gba music is WAY louder than the pc version.
It's because the gba has 8-bit sound
lol demon baby xD
What the firefighter hears when entering to a burning lab in UAC
I dunno.
Icon of sin
And icon of sin apparently couldn’t run on the ps1
The icon himself definitely can, but PSX Doom had to run with limited RAM (Essentially, all monster sprites used in the levels had to be loaded at all times, so if the Icon had been implemented it would have only been able to spawn a few types of monsters.)

Because basiclly it is
Whos gonna tell em?
