Do you want to be seen that way? I wonder if your family and friends, if you have any, would approve of this. They probably wouldn’t, seeing as how heartless and sick these statements are. I hope you find help, and start to think more before you say things like this.

Stoner films were funny back in the day because 1) they were made by comedians/actors and 2) even though it was illegal for the most part, it was still relatable in an unspoken way. Like a “yeah we all know someone like that because we all smoke occasionally”. Etc. But MGK really brought the real experience of hanging out with a ston3r while you’re sober. It’s super boring, it’s like watching someone fight a nap. Also he was a low-rent Paulie Shore in this, which is super sad in and of itself.

Danny’s critiques are so right on. Thinking smoking weed is somehow badass or subversive when it’s literally a legal and government regulated aspect of most states. And the opening scene feels like such a simultaneous rip off of every 80s comedy with the 1st person omniscient narration and then every 90s/00s teen comedy with the weed centric lines. I really hate to say it, but there’s something weird and profoundly unfunny about a bunch of ppl in their 30s and 40s acting like teenagers.

I thought the "Good Mourning" meant that she hopes he gets through losing her.
