Is the Olaplex N° 4P Blonde Enhancer toning shampoo more of a complete Blonde Maintenance bond shampoo all In one ? or is the 4c considered the main Maintenance shampoo?
I definitely do notice a difference after using olaplex no 3 but as I do not have dyed hair and it needs to be used as a mask, I often find myself neglecting it. I was wondering if urea alone is enough to manage your seasonal KP? I have been using 25% urea almost everyday on my variant of KP for about a month with no change for better or worse. Considering trying Selsun. Many anecdotes say it works and I did experience significant improvement on my face when using it there. But it eventually stopped working. I would say 5 sessions of pulse dye laser have made it looks slightly less red than 2 weeks of selenium sulfide would. I don’t know if it is just because selsun is anti-inflammatory or if there is a microbiome thing going on. People report sulphur helping too.
People report all sorts of things, but still they might not work for you. I treat my KP with a mixture of Salicylic Acid Body Wash (or Glycolic, whatever I have at hand) and Urea creams and that works fine, but it is pretty mild.
@@DoctorAnne I have recently added a 2% salicylic wash to the regimen. KP is definitely more of an umbrella term than a homogenous condition. Mine is incredibly stubborn. Hotter climates seem to help more than anything else
My apologies for asking you an unrelated question Dr Anne, but were you by any chance able to try the Vegreen Cica Serum that you mentioned in a previous video please? If possible, I am keen to know how it compares to the G&G Stress Less Serum as I am currently trying to decide between the two. Also, please could I ask if I should avoid combining the Vegreen Nature Mucin Serum with Retinoids, Vitamin C and AHAs due to the Copper Peptide that it contains? Thank you so much for your help :)
I am testing the Vegreen Cica Serum as we speak for an upcoming video, but I haven't thought about comparing it to the Stress Less Serum, so I will have to get back to you with an answer here. I personally do use my copper peptide containing serums with other actives, but usually wait inbetween layers anyway - from what I have learned though it is not a problem to pair them as the copper in the copper peptides is bound tightly in the structure and doesn't react as easily as free copper would. I never suggest mixing products in the hand before application though, but one after the other on the skin should be fine.
@@DoctorAnne Thank you so much for your advice. I am really looking forward to watching your Vegreen Cica Serum video and hearing how it compares to Stress Less 😀

@@foltz-art No, the main shampoo is still N°4 Bond Maintenance, the N° 4P and 4C are additions if your hair needs something extra.
