I actually did this to find property lines from the survey. This allowed me to decide how to layout what we are wanting to do for our homestead. So far using this I have not been able to find what we need, but I loved being able to do the layouts.
I start with the perimeter tool to outline any given property's boundaries, set in acres it should agree very closely with the surveyed description.

Actually Google earth is great but if you use the Vr you can actually get better detail than just using it regularly get more detail that way

When purchasing land does the seller suppose to wait to give you the title/deed after it's fully paid or when you give them 20k down payment and they give you a land contract until it's paid off? 50k for the land
Why didn't you just build straight in front on the opening. Those tall trees still would have given you a private outlook.
Why don't you use your counties parcel viewer? It has all the same measuring tools and shows you the property lines.

Google Earth is NOT a reliable tool in reference to property boundaries!
I bought land from my mother, relying on her memory, my sister's memory, and what Google said... and I found out later I owned far less than I thought I had bought... furthermore, the road frontage I had counted on for building a lane, actually did not belong to the property... so I'm up the creek. To put a lane in is going to cost an arm and a leg.

This is why I always recommend having a survey done and working with a Title company.
The survey will show exactly where the boundary lines are and the Title company usually
provides this as part of their services...
Also, you will find out if there are any liens against the property, any easements, any rights of the land that may have been sold off
such as, oil, mineral, water, natural gas, and timber.
Dealing with a Title company protects you, as a buyer, from any unknowns and if after the purchase it is found out that something
is other than what was stated, the Title company is held liable so you have some course of action to take instead of having no legal
recourse to take...

luckily i was able to amplify the volume with other equipment so i was actually able to hear the audio. once achieved i then smashed that like button, reluctantly but inevitably.

I am in California when I found out in 2008 from a survey company was there was an encroachment of my land on one side of my property. There were several issues regarding how and who and when the block wall was built by the public works in La Puente. The wall was already there on the northern side of my property when I brought in 2006. May 2019 I received a letter from the county stating that a review of historical records dating back in 1961-there was poor drainage and settlement affecting the structure of my foundation. I am now needed to hire structure engineer and soil engineer .
Due to the next door neighbor refuse to return my land which the house has elevated more than one foot above land level, causing the water coming to my side of my property and causing soil change, sinking cracks, foundation repair is impossible. The land tax was reduced and the cost to rebuild is about $160,000. The district attorney, county attorney were involved but not to take any correction of issues. What can I do with this house? Also I received freak document from the county stating that my missing approximate 447 sqft was paid by previous owner but there was no record from the county owner change unit.

Treasure Post the volume is really low in comparison to all the other videos I watched. If you have some amplifier to boost the volume it's ok. It is down really low and the uploader knows.

Volume is too low--gave up.
RH UA-cam issue. Sorry. The volume plays fine here. Some others reported the issue a while back. UA-cam said it was something with the upload process. Only way to correct is to try playing again from another source or for the video to be reuploaded, but it would require deletion of the original and all that goes with it.
