def gives me a good idea of what im looking for. bout to look into snorkeling my 19 570. over the weekend i sucked a good amount of water in and it didnt like that at all
Yea, they usually dont like that. When its snorkeled you can throw a plastic bag on the snorkel and you'll hear if it leaks. It should shut the machine off. You will know its water tight then
Do you just have that flex tube come up into the snorkel by storage box just chilling in there? Im looking to snorkel but really want to keep my storage area. Thanks
Yes, it does come up through there. I typically use the rear box. There is still some room up front. You can get creative and run the snorks how you want. There is a removable plate in the middle of the storage box where you can run the hoses as well. Theres really no room for goods there. The new 570s have the battery there now I believe.
@@stevengiangrande4017 you can relocate the battery or look around for another routing area. Maybe to either side of the battery so you still have storage up front
I had her under water for a while with no issue but I need to take it apart to make sure there was no leaking. The 19'have a metal band on the rubber boot behind the primary so that part is solid. The older models had a plastic zip tie
@@christopherlynch7654 it is or pretty much is the same thing. It came in 20 ft sections I believe. Im going to build an exhaust next. Usually these snokel kits richen up the air/fuel because it chokes the motor.
Northern Rider Offroad about how much in length you think you used and what size hose was thinking of running 2 or 2 1/2 really not sure what with best work I will be running a three snorkel set up vs 4 so it would be one out the air box don’t wanna have any performance issues
@@christopherlynch7654 if you dont want performance issues Id go bigger. More air you get the better off you are when running long hoses. I cant remember the length. Go long and the trim them at the top of the pipe
I never had any slippage. I need to pull the cover off to check for any leaks. If there were any it was really slow and never got to the clutches. Ill pull it apart in the spring.
@@SpacecityAtv not really but I bet a tune will help. Snorkels tend to choke a machine up. Im running two hoses to the intake and I bet its still running rich because its not getting enough air. Ill do a dyno session in the spring to show.
Sorry guys, been sick all of October. Im wheezing behind the camera from all this respiratory crap I have going on. 😂🤧🤒😷

Where did you mount the damn solenoid? I have that winch but there's nothing online I can find. Please help me
Do you have to run any vent lines up with the sportsman 570. (Front and rear diff ) ?
Would you make another set of those snorkels to go to the front lid?
Id have to price it out and let you know. Email?
Where did you find the Warrior adapter plate????
On Snorkel Your Atv’s website. I hear it’s not there any more. Might be something I should start making
@@NorthernRiderOffroad yes can you please start Cause I need one and I know you I’ll be making a pot of money.

Ever have leaking problems in the belt box

Is that vacuum hose?
Not saying anything bad about it if it is bc I’m thinking of doing the same

Did it leak? Behind the clutches

Northern Rider Offroad did it feel any different after snorkels? (Performance wise)
