Dart we have tons of grant opportunities for state and local parks. I know this because in Toledo Ohio they were voted #1 new additional metro park in the Nation for their Glass city River walk park. That's where the emphasis is as opposed to the national level which is doing amazing work as has recently added a new park even. Tbh conservation and land management is booming in the US!! (But it's too protect areas for fracking and resources extraction 😅)
Oh man haha you know way more about it than me. 😅 I guess I meant it as more of a feeling every city in China feels like its public parks and space infrastructure is visibly being developed but maybe it was just easier to see because I was looking in from the outside. 🤷🏻♂️
