I don't comment on many videos, but I had to on this.. congratulations! My daughter is almost 4 and having her in my life is literally the most fulfilling, life changing, rewarding thing ever for me. Everyday she amazes me, and when they tell you they love you, or the first time she smiles, or calls you daddy, you'll turn to a puddle of mush. But the best parts are when they surprise you, with something that makes you laugh, or with their intelligence. I have no doubt you'll be incredible parents. The cliche is complaining about parenting, but honestly it's mostly just doing what's instinctual, and using common sense, and giving them your attention... if you just follow that, your child will reward you with amazing shit everyday. Dana Carvey has a great quote, 'children give more than they take, and they take everything' but trust an internet stranger... it's worth every second. Congratulations!

Man, I haven't played these games in a couple years (after mainlining 1 - 4 when I got finished with my college classes for a while), but the images and your words made that time slip away; my memories of every favorite scene I encountered in that game returned to me. You're also right in that no matter how good the gameplay is, for these games, if the story sucked, it'd take half the fun away. While I enjoy other games, no game has ever caught me up in its incredible writing and performances like this one with this story and these characters we've grown to know over the years.
