Love the guy who honked his horn at a car with no driver.
There goes the Lyft jobs
I have taken a Waymo ride in the Sunset district. It was fine and I plan to take more since traffic and parking is difficult. Hopefully Waymo prices will be much cheaper than Uber or Lyft.
Stop trying to make Waymo a thing, Gretchen. It's not going to happen.
And the job losses?
@@sammmmmyslugggggerjob losses? Lol. You need far more people to maintain one single robot taxi in 24/7 all weather working condition than one single person to drive an Uber.
@@waltertoki1 And what will you say when artificial intelligence takes over your job?
@@waltertoki1 Do you really think that once the tech bros have monopolized robo taxes that the price will go down?
I love it
And the job losses?
can't see them becoming a target for road rage in the cities. might even start a new thing 'pedestrian rage'
You’re locked on … nice …. No thank you
At least autonomous cars drives and follows traffic laws than pathetic drivers
I like Waymo⚡️
And the job losses?
Nice idea but I don’t think that will work in sf… sf don’t deserve that.
Wow? Again with this reckless driving putting autonomous car⁉️. Money talks and this is one of the many approved by people in charged 🙌🏼👌🏼💰💰💰💯
Government needs to stay out of things.
How does that relate to this video?
@@_____case Mayor Gallego of PHX is bought and paid for by Google. She's even doing commercials for them on the local news.
Haha.. Tesla is a software company, and 💩one at that...
Whatever you think of Tesla, they are set to dominate in this space.
Waymo is Google's sister company. Tesla has nothing to do with this. Even if you think Google sucks as well, at least be right about about it.
@@thewatcher5822 On a dwindling market. Everybody who wanted an electric car already got one. Everybody wants hybrids now.
@@mocast0974 EV sales continue to grow, the best selling car last year was electric. China the biggest car market in the world is rapidly turning electric. Hybrid is a stop gap nothing more.
Vehicles are going to be so unsanitary. I can smell and feel the germs from here
Nothing is as bad as a Yellow Cab. Gross.
That’s great, taking away jobs from hard working people so a few can be billionaires.
Bring back elevator operators? How about telephone operators? Time was when you wanted to call someone, you got the operator to connect the call. Automated switching sure cost a lot of jobs.
@@steven4315 Just all the job money going to a small handful of tech bros...MORE ELIMINATION OF THE MIDDLE CLASS HUNDRES OF THOUSAND OF WORKS WILL NOT HAVE AN INCOME...AND YOU LIKE THAT?
@@sammmmmysluggggger Never said I like change. I don't really care for change but change happens. As a retired auto worker, I've witnessed and been affected by automation for 40 years. That said, can you live a middle class lifestyle as an uber driver?
@@steven4315 Thanks for the perspective...standby for millions of job losses shortly with artificial intelligence...and we have NO PLAN on how to deal with this.
@@sammmmmysluggggger I've been hearing about the end of the world since 1st grade when we would practice going to the hallways for protection when the Russians nuked the nearby military base. In the 70's they told us we would face a cold hungry existence as we ran out of oil. Yet we're still here.
