Update:
There is a built in Mic on the Archos 5, no webcam, it just shows weird black and white squares. New Archos's 70 and 101 do have a webcam and also have a hack to get Android Marketplace on them.
App = Fring (No Longer has Skype Access)
Got App Via Market4Archos.apk (or something similar to that) through Archosfans.com, thanks Charbax

@Brian52782, I explained in the description. How I WAS able to do this before Fring was blocked from accessing Skype. If you can't figure it out from the description then you are in fact the idiot.
