They need to hire an actual GM and let him pick the coaching staff and player personnel dept. anything short of that will not work. Vrabel isn’t coming here if he has to answer to Eliot Wolf they need to clean house top to bottom
im so done with recycling through former players and coaches, we need to move on. I'm thinking liam cohen or zach robinson. fine we can bring vrabel, but in that case I want daboll at oc. I'm done with this cycle
They won’t be able to get anyone to come here and work under Eliot Wolf. It starts there they need to bring in a legit GM and let him pick his own people. The way they went about this was about as ass backwards as it gets. It actually amazes me that Kraft is a successful buisness man. The whole process of how he handled the transaction from Belichick was insane
How the mighty have fallen. I remember a time when we used to laugh about organizations like these. You lose the greatest QB and coach of all time, and you find out pretty quick the kind of ownership you really have. Dysfunction abounds. Let’s just say his campaign to get in the Hall of Fame might be ongoing for some time yet.
Sadly that is probably true they will keep him and Covington and bounce Van Pelt even though he is the only coach on the staff with any actual credentials. He will be the scapegoat.
All in on moving on from Mayo and Wolf. My question is who are their replacements? Have zero confidence in the Krafts to find what the team needs to go forward.
All they have to do is hire the GM and let him do the rest it’s pretty simple maybe look at the teams like Philly or Pittsburgh who consistently draft well and build solid rosters and poach someone from their staff maybe one of their assistant GMs someone with experience team building and then let them make the rest of the football decisions
I figured New England fans deserved at least a halfway decent team after Brady and Belichick. Did it really have to get this bad? Do the Kraft's with all their money really even care anymore?
Robert Kraft's ego is all that matters to ownership. I used to think Jerod Mayo was a good guy. Now I think is a fraud who is a master at deflecting blame onto others to his boss. Good BS'er
This team needs another draft. Vince Lombardi couldn’t win with this roster. Kraft has a loooooong history of being cheap. You gotta pay for top talent in the NFL. But instead the coaches will be the scapegoats when the finger needs to be pointed at ownership
This was a rebuild year, there was zero chance of a winning season, so they are doing the best thing, showing up, and losing, getting a top 5 draft pick.....in two years the Patriot's will be back.
Are you serious. Do you know anything about football. Mayo can't even do a game plan. You can't point fingers on national television and expect any credibility. Kraft does not care he has his six rings. His snitch won't be fired, and one or five years mayo will still be lost.
Clown Show in Foxboro
ESPN should hire Mayo. They like glib morons.
Find a GM first...Eliot Wolf has shown a complete lack of urgency or ability in evaluating need and talent
Yes yes yes 100% correct, thank you
We're one of THOSE organizations now. Browns, Jets, less competitive Cowboys. Whichever comp you want to make. We're that now.
Jonathan Kraft needs to put on his big boy pants and call Mike Vrabel and Josh Mcdaniels!!!

Mayo isn't going anywhere. Being a DEI hire put him in the Coach Protection Program.
DEI is a cancer in any organization

They are still burning cash. They overpaid on contracts for Dugger, Henry, and even Onwenu. They are not worth their contracts.
But there are no replacements… sucks doesn’t it? Kraft is saying the same thing.
I’ll never understand why people like daboll, guy looked like a complete ass on hard knocks and players clearly don’t like him NY
Off sides. Holding. Sack. Incomplete pass. Illegal formation.
All in on moving on from Mayo and Wolf. My question is who are their replacements? Have zero confidence in the Krafts to find what the team needs to go forward.
Only 2 replacements: Ben Johnson or Mike Vrabel
All they have to do is hire the GM and let him do the rest it’s pretty simple maybe look at the teams like Philly or Pittsburgh who consistently draft well and build solid rosters and poach someone from their staff maybe one of their assistant GMs someone with experience team building and then let them make the rest of the football decisions
Get Belicheck back at any cost
@@obarbeito or liam cohen
Mayo will be gone after season
He SHOULD be gone after this season. I’m not confident he will be.
The Krafts have shown a MIND-BLOWING amount of incompetence.

Great conversation!
But ain't nobody doing shit about shit

Mayo can"t coach, hire John Gruden or Mike Verabel
This was a rebuild year, there was zero chance of a winning season, so they are doing the best thing, showing up, and losing, getting a top 5 draft pick.....in two years the Patriot's will be back.
With the current coaching? BWHAHAHAHA!

These are mad at Brissett for speaking the truth?
