Other than the elevated play from Christian Gonzalez and getting to watch our rookie QB prove he was the best pick in the draft , the rest of our season has been an absolute joke , Mayonnaise is in way over his head and a blind man could see it , that being said the Kraft's will probably make us sit through another 3 years of bad football !
Now, if Mayo comes back we need to trade for old contracts with the capital that we do have if we can't lure free agents. I would get a couple free agent Olineman. Veteran guys who know what they are doing and can hit the ground running. Trade for old contracts like Deebo Samuel or a Cooper Kupp. Production guys who will bridge the gap until the youth evolves. We need to trade our high draft pick for a haul so we can rebuild this team from the ground up. Other than Maye, we drafted poorly last year. It can't happen again. We can't let the draft fall naturally. We need to attack it! Any way we can get Xtra picks so we can trade up for the guys we want. We desperately need a stud DE. Guys like James Pearce Jr. or Jordan Burch, Dylan Stewart, etc... Difference makers. We don't blitz enough and that lack of pressure is killing us. We need more size in our back 7. We need a bigger ss. Another great corner opposite Gonzo and a quality veteran free safety. If we had a Deebo Samuel he could do kicks, punts, rb, wr,.... A few pieces on offense and a #1 to stretch the field and it would keep our QB upright and help our running game tremendously. I think they should trade Rhamondre. We could probably get 2 draft picks for him and it would create more cap space. We need a rb who can run and be productive in the passing game like a Marshall Faulk. Rhamondre is a power back. Right now it doesn't suit this offense. We went and signed some of our own guys. That will pay dividends if we can flip them for assets. This team needs a TOTAL REBUILD!!!!!!!!!

Curran is exactly right, the usual suspects are fucking up our chances every game. We need to draft Mcmillian but the rest of the draft should be OL and just buy the defensive pieces.
Robert Kraft would not run Gillette this way. If he had a manager that was causing him to lose money, he would more than likely be fired immediately. The same business practice needs to be applied in this situation in the long run. If he keeps this guy around, he’s going to lose fans over it and unfortunately for him, his franchise raises the bar and his fans expect more from it now. Mike Vrabel should have been his guy all along. The Krafts have no reason to give this guy another chance when the team is SIGNIFICANTLY declining week to week. They are not getting better and there is no indication that another season will showcase any type of improvement from this coach.

No disrespect because Vrabel was a very good player but we don't need another meathead coaching THIS TEAM! Mike would probably be a good leader of men but there are so many elements to the head coaching position that I would prefer a more intellectual guy who can handle the players, his staff, the media, in game, practices, personnel, the draft, roster development, the cap, strategy, everything....There's so many facets to it. Mike seems like he's old school. We need an up and comer. A hotshot who has experience, smarts and the demeanor to deal with today's NFL. Someone who has good relationships around the league. This team is devoid of talent and if we don't have a good offseason; a STRONG off-season, this will be a DARK DECADE. We can't get it wrong.
