DC Covington should be replaced with a more experienced coach.

I'm pretty sick of this shit where we give credit for one and only one pick of the draft where they did what pretty much anybody that wouldn't have a QB would do. He could break a year or two from now under the pressure of the terrible team around him that still hasn't been addressed. Mac Jones took us to the playoffs and was a pro bowl alternate but you're all getting excited over a bottom feeder because the QB looks good. I think Drake maye is better but it doesn't change the fact that he'll be broken by 30 carrying this trash team on his back if he actually stays.

Best option fire the entire coaching staff and GM. Bring in a real GM and hire a OC from someone like the Bill's as HC. You kill two birds with one stone you weaken a divisional opponent coaching staff and improve yours. Hiring anyone in the BB coaching tree is stupid! You wanted to move on from BB but keep his system it's not happening. Go get an offensive minded coach and a great defensive coordinator it's not rocket science it's money. Money that Kraft has as chump change. He just needs to stop being cheap walk away from the BB coaching tree and go get a offensive minded coach.
