My fiancé is a defense attorney here in California and by the laws in Cali you can’t be charged with attempted murder because none of the drug was ingested or taken by the buyer. He can although be charged with possessing and distributing a lethal dose of fentanyl which can in some cases bring the less, the same or more time then attempted murder depending on the prosecutors office and the county in which the transaction took place. If he’s a first time offender with his young age he could even walk with as little as probation and time served if he has good legal representation. Hope that helps your question?… 🙏🏼

They released me on a promise to appear, which I was curious to know why they released me. I figured it was because I had a clean record, but turns out they were testing me. But the next day, I decided to be stupid and go back out selling because they had not seized all my drugs. 3 weeks later, they busted me again and I got hit with heavier charges.
Yeah I did it for a good year and a half when the pills started coming around. It wasn’t the same as heroin. Didn’t last as long. Blew through money quick. Knew it was time to get serious about sobriety

He sold someone a product that he deliberately marketed as a different product knowing one would cause themself severe harm or death if they consumed it the way they would consume the product they believe they're consuming. If I were to fill a Gatorade bottle with antifreeze and sell it to someone saying "this is Gatorade" and then they die drinking it, it would be murder, premeditated since I would need to plan every step and go through with it knowing the victim is most likely to die. 8ball = 3.5g and fentanyl doses are measured in mg (the DEA says 2mg is potentially lethal) so this would probably kill someone no matter the period of time they consume it over and the dealer knows that.

Count up, count back. it works. #2 is the most Important but it seems like you are there rite now and that is having the RITE Perspective on things. It's something that hit me like a Ton of Bricks when I was in my first days of Detox. And felt like a Cheat code once Mine was where it needed to be. Perspective is HUGE in life but in recovery without a good one you have No chance. and lastly, Recovery is a lot of work and at times sucks. @@anthonyehling3732 finally someone who understands. I was busted with 4 grams of crack, and around 40 pills when I was 19. They released me on a promise to appear, which I was curious to know why they released me. I figured it was because I had a clean record, but turns out they were testing me.
But the next day, I decided to be stupid and go back out selling because they had not seized all my drugs. 3 weeks later, they busted me again and I got hit with heavier charges.
To put into perspective there’s 1 million micrograms in 1 gram. In the medical field 150 micrograms is considered a strong dose of fentanyl.

He sold someone a product that he deliberately marketed as a different product knowing one would cause themself severe harm or death if they consumed it the way they would consume the product they believe they're consuming. If I were to fill a Gatorade bottle with antifreeze and sell it to someone saying "this is Gatorade" and then they die drinking it, it would be murder, premeditated since I would need to plan every step and go through with it knowing the victim is most likely to die. 8ball = 3.5g and fentanyl doses are measured in mg (the DEA says 2mg is potentially lethal) so this would probably kill someone no matter the period of time they consume it over and the dealer knows that.
