Rules explanations/clarifications/mistakes: 1. Not that it's a big change in the game, but here is an unofficially official explanation on the Sinister Six activations from former designer Boggs. The Sinister Six villains all have the “Forced Response: After this villain attacks and damage you, do X. Move the active counter to the next villain in the activation order The way it’s written, looks like you only move the counter to the next villain if they attack and damage you, but the FAQ at the end of the rulebook seem to suggest the counter should move after they activate (in this case, attacking). How is that intended to work? “The active counter will only move after a villain attacks and damages an identity.” - Boggs (Facebook)
What a wonderfully clean win. No villains or minions out, and only measly 2 threat on the main scheme. Absolutely beautiful--you love to see it. Thanks for the fantastic gameplay as always, Dale!
That's the power of leadership for yea! First time watching Ironheart in play amd I'm impressed. Could you imagine if Iron Man was like this right out of the gate!?
I really like Ironheart. The hero progression is great, and her character feels well-balanced. Throw in some additional allies for chump blocking and you have a solid deck. I also like playing against the Sinister Six. They provide a good bit of variability without the quirkiness of other villains in the campaign. Great playthrough, as always!
@Jonathan Weeks Ironheart worked smoothly in this play. Very impressed with how she works building up, and her core set of cards helping that process is great! :)
Wow! Ironheart handled them easily. Nice play with Yondu and the upgrades. Thanks for the play through. Watching your videos definitely helps me with my strategy!
Ironheart is probably my favorite hero they've printed in a while. She is so much fun to play! Gwen is a very close second because she actually makes Protection a viable and enjoyable aspect. I think I will run the two of them through the Sinister campaign together.

Thanks for watching! Definitely not clear the intent in my opinion. Two separate sentences. Does one need to have an effect to allow the other, or do you do both. Where did you find Boggs quote?
So far the four heroes we’ve gotten in this cycle have all been great. Interesting mechanics and design as well as very strong overall. Love them all!!
Hey Dale, new to your channel. Is the base Ironheart deck good or should I customize her deck? My buddy and me are just starting the sinister 6 campaign and I used Gamora for Sandman. What are your thoughts on switching to Ironheart or should I stay with Gamora?
@DarthSkywarp The precon decks are good to get familiarized, but as you progress in the game, I do recommend making changes. As for choosing characters, especially if you are new to the game, go with your favorite character. Happy gaming! :)
Hey Dale, nice play through again. I got a quick question. I know you are using Dragon Shield sleeves. And it seems to be that you are playing a lot of Marvel Champions. So how often do you change your sleeves on often used cards with this sleeves? Because they look always fantastic in your vids. Thanks a lot for the cool content and maybe answering my question. Best regards Patrick
@Patrick Henn Thanks for watching! I sleeve them once, and keep them. I think since I've changed to Dragon Shield, I've only had to re-sleeve one card due to it cracking at the seem (probably due to my hard shuffling). Hope that helps, and happy gaming! :)
Know the video is 9mo. old and I’m still learning, but with Life Size Decoy engaged I didn’t think you could remove threat from side schemes. Allie’s probably, but else-wise 🤷♂️
I’m aghast that other let’s plays don’t see Ironheart as a rush to get progress counters. It’s either that or shenanigans on your part. I guess I’ll find out when I snag her and Nova at the end of the month. Good game against the S6.
Hey Dale, im a big Thor fan and am wondering which heroes you would recommend co-oping him with to be handle most if not all of the villain content so far please?
@Mr. BassMan I think Thor is great at dealing damage, so in general, I would team him up with a strong thwarter. Just about anyone can help with that, but I tend to like Venom in that role. :)
@Jirayu Yes, Ironheart does fit my playstyle so enjoying her more than Nova, but haven't played much with Nova to even give him a chance to change my mind. ;)
Awesome play! Ironheart is spectacular. Trying her against several villains, she shred Klaw like butter even with her precon deck. Thanks for the video!

@Garrett Quinn Thanks for watching, and glad the videos help with some strategy! Yondu is my go to for Leadership decks. :)
Nicely done Dale. I really hate it when you get three surge's in a row, but way to perceive. Keep the video's coming my friend.
@Caesar's Peak I'm so over surging into more surges to surge! lol
@@DaletheCasualGamer we do a house rule, no more then one surge at a time 😂
Nice playthrough again Dale 👍 i am looking forward for the next campaign expansion as well 🙂
Thanks ... and looking forward to X-Men! :)
Great job! In future plays of Ironheart try out Moon Girl and Symbiote Suit; they work incredibly well with Ironheart leadership!
@Brandt Thanks for watching and the recommendations! :)

I'm with you on that, i think Ironheart has been the most fun to play than many previous characters ... and best of luck on your campaign!! :)
Missing your playthroughs!

@Patrick McGee I'd have to agree, and they have encouraged me to try some other aspects! :)
Seeing you throw away the Tony Stark AI on your first pass caused me pain
@Jake Hearld It won't happen again ... I hope, but I play with a permanent "confused" status on myself. ;)

I agree! :)

You are correct! The decoy would prevent that, good catch! :)
She is fun to play!
Will you take her through the precon gauntlet once you complete your current season?

Cap, Captain Marvel, Ironheart and Venom. Dr Strange works too but he's too powerful and kinda destroys the fun in taking on a challenge.
You could play Stinger if you included Make The Call :)
While Dale was heroically leading Ironheart against the Sinister Six, his subconsiousness was obviously fighting the Sinister Five ^^
Some of the "Sinisters" needed a break. ;)
ironheart was so powerful that she made them into the sinister 5 😱😱. jokes aside i wish had ironheart but there is nothing in my country rn
I hope Ironheart flies over to your country soon!
