Awesome video Elric, completely changed the way I reach out to prospects. It's amazing, they're literally happy to talk with me !
"Self Diagnosis" = The ultimate key. Another great listen. Eric Legloire Podcast is quickly moving up the high ranks of my favorite podcast channels. #enjoy #sdr #coldcall #c.chacartegui
This one resonates with me, when I sold lead gen calling VP in the NA market, we were not known, I just dial and hold them on the phone.
It was pretty tough.
Great insights on the value of disqualification in outbound. One advanced tactic is to use 'pattern interrupts' during your cold calls to keep prospects engaged. By saying something unexpected or changing the tone of the conversation, you can jolt them out of autopilot responses and foster a more genuine dialogue.
100% - what’s your favorite pattern interrupt?
I feel like this is in a perfect conversation when a buyer does not interrupt and let’s you speak. How do you handle those impatient prospects?
I.e. “just tell me what you do” “what are you selling” etc within the first 90 seconds of the call.
Great question, I'll ask Belal, and let you know.
Really great episode by the way, great I sights from both sides!
@@ElricLegloireOutbound appreciate you, we use chillinpiper at my company today, great product!
@@ElricLegloireOutbound also curious what is a good way to come up with a problem statement when you are in a mature industry, for instance corporate cards and expense management where there are both legacy incumbent tools, new modern solutions, and maybe more important concerns than the problems we solve
@@trollwhale670 if you are in a mature industry, you should consider name-dropping your competitors. I think Belal briefly talks about this at 13:31. It's important because they might already be using something else, and you should focus on how you are different from your competitors.
good one
