My favorite is always going to be the character of Reverend dimsdale that he played in The Scarlet Letter with Demi moore. He never looked more sexy than in that film. Probably the only movie where they made him look like a normal guy

What I don't understand is why do stars seem to have to marry really early on in relationships. Rest of the world doesn't behave like this. It's weird.
gary is a method actor and puts his time into his career ,but like some men including me we can be so immature that life is for settling down but you never get the right person and miss opportunities till sometimes you look to the person and know them some more to be involved.
It sounds like he's a jerk with women; however, he is definitely an excellent actor.

I met my husband 2 years before we started dating. We were both in relationships. We never really talked or got to know each other until right before we started dating.... which is why we started dating. Sometimes you can meet someone and not really know them... and neither are cheating.
He just seems to be too obsessed with acting to focus on marriage. He is a very intense method actor so it’s probably hard to live with. The price of chasing greatness.
As for Hawke and Thurman they have no method acting problems because they have never really impressed me that much in their acting performances lol
Eh, been there. Married a gorgeous, charismatic alcoholic when I was 19. He was six years older. Divorced two years later. I wrote him a letter too. He got his DUIs after our divorce (he didn't have a license while we were married). Anyhoo, been with second husband for over twenty years (married for fourteen). Still going strong.
Marriage is hard. I don't blame anyone for getting divorced. The remarkable thing is being willing to keep getting back on that horse. He must really want to be married. I know the feeling. After all, I tried to get married as a teenager. And then moved straight to new man at age 21 (and later married him).

We are in this life to learn and grow and enjoy the ride. Sadly, you only really learn big lessons when things go wrong. Gary Oldman is an incredibly creative and talented actor. With that mentality comes all kinds of behavioural issues especially when you throw booze into the mix. Hopefully, though, you get better at life with each step on the path and if you're aware enough, you'll learn lots about yourself too. Sounds to me like Gary is doing nothing more than the simple thing called "living life".

i went to school with her little brother and met Gary once at her parents house.
I never knew Gary and Uma were an item once. This is the first video I watch about his personal life and it'll be the last one. I'm more interested in his roles and what he's got to say.
I enjoy these videos but please stop with the random stock clips. E.g. narrator says star is pregnant over a clip of a random pregnant belly rather than a pic of the star. Just use images of the actual people (and they could be shorter and still make the main points).
