Ben Skinner Talks Noseriding, Cherry Picking and Thunderbolt Tech at Thunderbolt's U.K. Showroom.

The 'Cherry Picker' hits Surf Shops everywhere this month.
Ben Skinner took time to chat with us about Thunderbolt Longboard technology, specifically the A.V.T. system and how it enables Thunderbolt Longboards to flex torsionally on the tail. Ben says this enables his longboards to turn optimally; and better than any other longboard build technology he's ridden.
His all new Cherry Picker longboard is built in Thunderbolt. It's been in development for nearly two years, and Ben says it's the best nose rider he's ever ridden, enabling easier, longer nose rides than he's ever had.

Great video, I have been sold on a skindog for some time now, Ben seems like such an awesome guy and not only do his boards look awesome its really nice to be able to support some home grown talent and business. Moving to NE England soon and just waiting to see what model will suit best. Its was a toss up between a blender and peacemaker, now there are 3 in the running.

I went to look at noserider longboards today at a local surfshop . Despite the many recomendations to get the Cherrypicker, I found it aesthetically plain and hideous, so I didnt buy it. If Im going to spend $1300 on a board, I want it to not look like it just washed up on the beach. How bout that?

Pivot fins, like the Flying Diamonds 'Classic Pivot' fin or the Futures 'Rudder' fin. FCS also makes one called the 'Hatchet'.
