I don’t think this is the case, I think Connor doesn’t know how to add his points in a conversation with a lot of people. When he was trying to talk they were already talking about something and he was trying to interrupt them to add his point instead of waiting for a pause. That’s why he kept repeating himself. This used to happen to me, but its a mix of not wanting to loose your train of thought and not listening to what others are saying. POV is everything.
