- My OEM Crank pulley broke so I had to get a new one. I have installed this wonderful 034 Crank pulley and moving up to stage 2. This should put me over 430 HP and 430 TQ. Song in the background Perfect timing intro by Nav.

I found a smiliar pulley on ebay for 250£ half price but it's missing the bolts, do you think is should buy it to save money or should i go for a new kit?

Does the IE stage 2 works nice with the 190mm crank pulley? I’m asking bc the IE crank pulley has 188mm..
Do they adapt by any chance to the 190mm from other companies?

I actually think the 190mm crank pulley from 034 works better with the IE stage 2 tune. It does adapt for IE tune. I am not sure about other companies like APR
Can anybody tell me how the damn drive belt goes on? I’ve been trying for a day it makes no sense I’ve never had a belt be this difficult. I took it off too do water pump. I never could remove it fully because it gets stuck between pulleys. But now I cannot route it back on no matter what I do
Nice S4. How difficult was the heat exchanger install? I’m interested in doing that upgrade before adding dual pulleys
You have to do the upgrade before the pulleys or risk overheating the engine. It was probably a 7/10 difficult
Hey do u know if you got the smaller crank pulley from 034 (178mm I think) could you still fit that in without cutting?
It’s still recommended to cut it. But you can file it down and it might work. Test fit it with your belts
Hey man, i got an A6 with the same motor and my crank pulley just failed me so I'm looking to do this upgrade as well. Single pulley only. With your stage 2 tune, do you still have your cats installed? I know these cats are fragile and are known to go out when dual pulley just didn't know how they did with this setup being single pulley
As soon as you tune your car to any stage your cats start to suffer from the extra heat. Definitely get high flow cats or race pipes in the future. It’s a ticking time bomb
What belt did you use for the crank pulley 6pk2330 or 6pk2334

Does Dual Pulley setup increase HP and Torque? I've read some people say that it only gives u more torque and u lose HP. I don't really know. I have a Stage 2 A6 with SC pulley. No crank yet because idk if its worth and scared of cats failing.
Yes, it will give you more HP as you can spin the super charger faster. You also would need a catch can and new cats soon if you go dual pulley. I am stage 2 single pulley. I just replaced the crank pulley not the SC pulley
@@quattrogang63 thank you so much for the response. If my cats go bad and I replace them with downpipes. Will downpipes pass smog check? Sorry still new to building my audi, too busy with work and life lol.

U dont have front parking sensors ? Because ive seen u turn the car on with bumper off
I do not think the US version of the S4 has front parking sensors. Not the ones ,e or my friends have. Also, I was thinking of getting the RS4 parking sensors on ebay they only need one clip to fit on
Do you remember those size bolts for the service position
I went to home depot with the stock bolt and threaded them into their what is this bolt size display. I think it was a M10 size

@@quattrogang63 Pretty much throughout the entire video. Some parts are clear, some parts a garbled and some parts you can hardly hear you at all but we get the idea of what you are doing. Great video except for the sound quality.
