For the people who are always too late:
Chef Jean-Pierre made a new turkey cooking video. Basically, you cut your turkey into smaller pieces- legs , breasts, wings and bake those in approximately under two hours, use the neck and the carcass to make the broth for the gravy. Easy and quick!

Tom, this was a fantastically interesting and useful video! Including those disaster 'deep fry' turkey mishaps which sure put heavy underlines under your cautionary statements. Don't know where you found those, but good going! Never considered deep-frying before, but am considering it (probably the more expensive route - deep fryer with controls).
