Normally, most hospitals would cover the cost of visa, plane ticket, and also give u accommodation for the 1st few months when u arrive in UK. When u get an offer letter, the hospital will state the expenses they cover in the offer letter so kindly read through any offer letter you receive carefully before accepting it. I hope this helps. Since you're from overseas and yet to come to UK, please apply as Band 5. That is the start off grade for registered nurses. Or if you see a job advert that says "Pre-registered nurse", you can apply for that as well.

How I can do UK NMC registration and CBT

If u wish to register with UK NMC and work as a nurse, then u will need to rewrite the IELTS....
