mewtwo is s tier if you can move him right. His fare is broken and kills early, his smash attacks and throws are pretty good, shadow ball is one of the best projectiles.

I think Anbil is a more consistent player with better neutral, but Tim's advantage stare and punish game is great. Both are fun to watch
