I intentionally started walking about in the room. I take 10,000 steps most days on others 5k but I always make sure I walk around during prayers or doing my Bible studies. It helps with my 10-15min workout
2 months will be marked tomorrow i.e, 31st , been on my weight plateau ( trust me the struggle is real 🫡) and been stuck at the same weight for like 3weeks besides following intermittent fasting and doing grow with Jo’s 5 miles walking everyday🥲, feeling extremely down & demotivated ,skipped the day before workout and did only 30 min today🙂😭😭. Badly needed someone to boost me up and get my ass back on track * more specifically on my right mental state🥲* and your videos are just what I need right now😭. Can’t thank you enough🙌🏻
Thank you for sharing this 🫂 you are on the right track. I would suggest you include REST day because we all need it and if you feel like you need to keep moving everyday try going for a walk. I actually downloaded this video just to keep hearing you over and over again.. It's hard to believe that your life was transformed by growwithjo.. I keep pushing forward and can't wait to have by dream body, not only the body but the mental and physical wellness is just everything ❤❤❤❤
At which month did you actually see the change that made you keep pushing? Coz I'm only 1 month and when I see that I don't look like you yet, I feel unhappy... Honestly, back fat was the first thing I could notice disappearing. But the tummy is just so stubborn and discouraging. Inside I feel strong and alive but on the mirror I don't see a flat tummy with abs😢
Belly fat is usually the last to go. But i noticed that when I work out a lot and I'm not really seeing visible results, fasting for one or two days, to get rid of water weight, helps me see my progress.

Flat tummy takes time, don't give up yet, just continue exercising and a year or so you'll start noticing changes

But if you think you'd binge after fasting I wouldn't recommend doing it
You always lose fat where it was stored last. So may be your belly fat was stored first
