I just love what you make miss E. I use everything I see you make in my journals. Thanks for the inspiration. Everyone gets a bit blah sometimes. I get where you're coming from. Thanks for sharing with us anyway. You are appreciated 🌼
I was driving for about 13 hours today. On my way home from Georgia to Maryland. Stopped by a friend 🏠. Will back on the road tomorrow. Now I'm enjoying watching 👀 you!!!
My sweet friend, you sound so sad, I believe you are missing Mr. Whitt which is so understandable. Give yourself some grace. I love this project, beautifully done. Sending Soft warm hugs, love and prayers. 🤗🙏🏻💕
Hi E. Don't feel like you feel. I am also down in the dumps. With car problems. I love the tall pocket tucks. Specially the vellum one. Lovely crafting my friend. GOD bless you. Stay safe. Bye bye
Decided to sit back and watch you while I try to cool off. It’s hot here in Iowa. Plus I get the sun to the west. Thanks for taking my mind of the heat. I have some mass making to do. Easy peasy.
Love this idea. I wish you would write a book with all these instructions in them. I can’t remember anything anymore. I’ve been having some blah days. I’m not a summer fan. I love fall and winter. For some reason when it’s hot outside I just don’t have any desire to do anything. Even though I have air in my home. It’s supposed to get to 95 here in Ohio on Friday. 😢. Not a fan. I’m seriously thinking of starting to decorate my inside with fall. I love the fall colors. The scents of pumpkin spice. Love pumpkin loaf. Pumpkin coffee. Everything pumpkin. I have an electric fireplace in my living room besides a wood burning one. The electric one I can not turn the heat on and just have the flames. Make it cozy. Have a blessed evening my friend. I so look forward to watching you every evening. I don’t know what I would do without you and I Love Lucy ❤
Maybe it’s the heat or just the “dog days” of summer, but I know what you mean about feeling ‘blah’ 😑. I’m in Maryland and the humidity and mosquitoes keep me inside. I’m looking forward to Fall, my favorite season when we can get out our jeans and sweatshirts and get outside and play in the yard again. 🤗
I’m about 10 miles inland from Laguna Beach, CA. We can normally see the the thunder heads over the desert starting in August, but rarely get any of the rain. And right now we’re experiencing about mid nineties, but not a lot of humidity, yet. We did have a rainy winter, which only made everything grow that could eventually dry up and make for a threat of fire.
I totally understand blah days. Sometimes I think it’s a kind of a hangover (no alcohol involved, lol) if I’ve been with family and/or friends and there’s a ton of anticipation and things to do, then the grand event full of talking and laughing and maybe a few tears-not perfect, but perfectly real life. Then there’s after. The absence of… accompanied by some unpleasant consequences for overdoing something, usually more than one something. So, the first day I try to just rest and the fact that I need it physically, helps. The next day I try to plan something that I can look forward to--might be as little as a food I love, a movie, or as big as lunch out with a friend, or something out. Just out. But if I’m in anyway, then I try to make everything as bright as possible. Open all the window coverings, even turn on lights in dim rooms. Then I add noise to that by having the TV going on something that will, in no way, bother perturb or upset me, in the other part of the house I leave a radio playing-same requirements, and of course UA-cam on my phone, and a good book nearby. No claustrophobic dark silence. And, it’s not but a few cents worth of electricity. I’m definitely worth that. Of course, there are always chores to do, things I don’t want to do- but it really really helps to bring my friend Edith along to craft with beautiful things while I do laundry and all that. And, thank you for keeping me company, and for sharing all your creativity and inspiration! I don’t have a video to keep you company, but I hope my little efforts will work for you, or get you to thinking of something that will. I just think that if I feel blah then my surroundings should reflect the opposite, even if it’s just little things. And I truly believe that silence is the worst thing to face in those seemingly unending hours, but we can do something about that-and let me stress that it doesn’t matter if we watch the program on the TV, or sing along to the radio or stereo or whatever, the point is that there is…movement, activity in the air. I find that sooner or later I stumble onto a great movie, or some songs, and they do help. Here’s hoping! And some big hugs, too!
Hello special lady!😊 I've got to tell you anymore I just go ahead and like what you're doing and save it automatically before I even watch the video! Why wait if I know I'm going to like what you're making! You're great at explaining stuff and when you make a mistake you don't freak out and I like that to about you. You seem to be so easy going and that really calms my spirit to listen to your videos! God bless you hun! 🎉
Hello Miss Edith, how are doing? I've thought a lot about you since the loss of walt as I've been going thru my son's passing. It was a year ago in may for him. My daughter in law scattered my son's ashes in Alaska while on a cruise. It's where they wanted to travel together. It's been a rough year but I'm trying to move on and be happy for him till I see him again. As I'm sure your doing the same. On a happier note I became a great grandmother in June. Love all your videos. God Bless.
Pretty new here I have a few questions. What size paper and what type of paper do you use to make these pockets?? Thank you for all your inspiration and your beautiful talent!!
Love all the pockets
Thanks for showing us how to mass make these . Good project for blah days. Can put your mind on auto-pilot and just craft.

Hello from northeast Ohio. Usually we have a couple weeks of monsoon type weather in the middle of August, but it’s here now. Happy crafting everyone.

I to have had a bla day. I also have been in a craft run and forced myself to craft. Usually it helps but it hasn't very much today.
They turned out so good. The papers are pretty. Thanks for all you do. You keep us inspired.🤗👍😊❤️
Love these pockets, Edith. I see a pile of papers that I can play with 😊
❤😊

Just made a bunch of these yesterday. Got out a large bag of scraps and made all sizes.😊

I am so very sorry for your loss. And congratulations on the new baby. Thanks so much, E
May I ask what size paper you used. Love the idea of tall pockets. Have a great day and hope you're feeling better soon.
The lavendar vellum is gorgeous! Plz link or tell me what type or weight of vellum did you use? Is it in your store? Thank you!
What do you usually do with these beautiful pockets?
I use them in my journals
Pretty new here I have a few questions. What size paper and what type of paper do you use to make these pockets?? Thank you for all your inspiration and your beautiful talent!!
You can use any size, but most of the ones I used were 8 1/2"x11" and it's just regular 28lb copy paper.
The vintage letters are in Dutch, so I 'm able to read them!
The blahs! The struggle is real. Watch a funny video ! I usually nap on these days.
Have you made new digitals in your shop?
I have a few that are being prepared to go up this afternoon.
You are entitled to have a blah day occasionally, we all do at times,we are human
I am amaze how things look so lovely from a little bit of nothing. It’s must be the heat. Texas
You're entitled to a irrational blah once in a while. Might be a little respons to all that has been going on. ❤
