Watching this video for the second time to take notes and I LOVE this project even more!!! You are a REAL one Mrs. E. Thank you for always helping and being kind.
Your story brought me to tears sweet lady. But mostly I was truly inspired. I don't sell journals but after watching your videos, at 72 yrs of age and being a crafter forever, I have made several journals for myself, friends and family. I love your sweet spirit and have learned so much from you and Melina. I love your videos and look forward to them each day! God bless you and your family!
Thank you for sharing your personal story on how you got started in your business. Enjoyed watching the process of stacked envelope journal. You are a sweet, kind, thoughtful artist. Thank you.
Hi, E, you’re such a wonderful woman of wise words & you talk to us like we’re just all chatting! I love how you can chat & laugh at yourself too! I’ve gotten way behind in watching videos & I might have to drop some of them because I can’t fit them all in but I love to watch you because of the kind of person you are! Very interesting listening to you today & I love your attitude! TFS your story! God bless you & your family! ❤️
Mrs.E I love how you are so open with your life. We love hearing your stories and your laughter. We just are mesmerized and before you know it you almost have a journal completed 😊❤️ Blessings
This was fun and am so glad you encour6so many that are considering starting a channel or shop. We all need more people like you that are so selfless and wanting to see others succeed. It is hard to find someone these days willing to give of themselves expecting nothing in return but just out of the goodness and kindness in their hearts. Bless you!!
E, You are so creative, so encouraging, & you give me such a 'lift' whenever I watch any of your videos. You inspire us, you give us the courage to try things we might never try. Melina is so much like you, proof of what a wonderful person you are. She too is able to give great encouraging words & inspire me to want to try something new. I love making things for other people, & even if I get a vibe that they weren't that 'thrilled' with what I made for them, it doesn't discourage me, because I KNOW that I was encouraged by others to step out of my comfort zone & do things I might think I can't do, & I also make this from my heart. So, I'm ok with whatever someone's reaction is to what I've made for them. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all you give to everyone here. You have such a special soul & good heart and you ARE so, so creative. I look forward to every project you make. 😍🥰🤩💞💕💜❤🌈🌈🌈
Loving this envelope journal, I'm in love with that paper, it's gorgeous. Loved your life story, it sure can humble a person, you are a strong person. The journal is gorgeous already and it's not even finished. Have a prayer request for my 97 year old mom, we took a tumble night before last and she tore her forearm up really bad ,almost to he bone, the doctors had to preform miracles to get it to where they could try to stitch it with her thin skin, they must have put 20 Jerry straps and 4 tubes of super glue to try and keep it together, just praying for no infection, taking her tomorrow to see how it looks, thanks for praying, her name is Virginia. Sorry this is so long, but I know you are Christian and praying people.❤️🙏🙏
You have such a great attitude at life! Love this stacked envelope journal! I have a lot of envelopes to use for it. Your kindness for everyone, reminds me that if we don't get the kindness in return, that's ok. We just keep on going, and knowing that we're doing the right thing, is enough. God bless!
You truly are an amazing person Edith. I always hear such sincerity in your voice when you are supporting your subbies. I believe it’s so important when someone has a platform to inspire, that we can support one another. This crafting community is like nothing I have ever been involved in. There is such an enormous amount of support, friendship, & gratitude from everyone. I believe that the crafting community is lucky to have you. Thank you for giving back & providing free content. I know how much time it takes & want you to know your appreciated.
I am in the upper corner of North East Texas. We are getting a downpour of rain so I am watching your video while enjoying this marvelous refreshing rain......I have made a couple of this style journals as gifts, the recipients loved them. Thank you for teaching us to Just Do It!!
Hello Edith! Loved hearing your story today about your hubby and how you got started in your business. You are truly amazing and I wanted to let you know how inspiring and encouraging you are to others. I may not be starting a UA-cam channel or Esty store, but I love crafting and what you share on your videos gives me new ideas to try! I look forward to watching and hearing about you and family!
Hi Edith, I love this stack envelope journal. I remember when you did one awhile back. That was fun too. I made one from that video. It turned out ok! But I want to make another one! I love that project you are making, so pretty with those ladies! Thank you for sharing your story with us. I believe as you do and have owned many businesses over the years by just figuring it out as I go. I now have a small UA-cam channel and Etsy shop, both of which I need to grow to help my daughter pay her bills as her husband is dying of cancer. Very Soon she will have to support her two girls alone and I want to help her as best I can. So happy I found your channel, you inspire me daily. 💖🌸💖
This is going to be one beautiful journal. At this point it probably already was. But I just happened upon this video and thought I would view it so pretty.
This looks like so much fun. I was tossing junk envelopes out while decluttering. I had so many. I put the breaks on that after seeing this. Thank you for sharing yourself and your family.
I love your channel. You radiate kindness. I like how you make it work if it isn't perfect. You show us how to do it differently if it wasn't how you planned it. You are sharing your knowledge and helping. From your store to your blog is wrapped in care and love. I don't want to see perfect. Normal people can't pull perfect off. You make me feel like I can do it too!
this is very pretty, E. you make things look easy and comfortable to make. will try this. thank you for your inspiring talk. that is why I like your channel. it's not just about scrapbooking it's about everything. GOD bless you

I loved this video, I will be watching this one over and over, I will be making one of these very soon. I love the way you make journals and you are an awesome teacher and preacher..
Ms E, you are such an inspiration to each of us. I share your channel and tell people that even if they aren’t crafters, to tune in and listen just once. The sweet voice, the conversations, the stories, and definitely the laughter will get you hooked. I can’t remember how I found you, but I’m pretty sure God sent me here because at the time I needed a friendly voice and a smile 😊 TFS your videos and your life with us! God Bless all of you 🙏💕
That is lovely. Very inventive. Can’t wait for tomorrow to see how it ends up! It was lovely to hear your back story too. I was shocked about the time you had to wait for Whitt’s disability payments to start. I’ve never been in that situation but, as far as I’m aware, things are much better organised here in the uk. We (your subscribers) are all benefiting from your struggles though aren’t we - watching all the fab videos you produce.
Good evening Miss E your story was so awesome to hear, and the time just flew by. Your journal is just so pretty l am just starting to collect envelopes this is what l needed to see. Blessings to you.Maria
I’ve mentioned to Melina that I’ve been ADR - ain’t doin’ right, and haven’t been watching many vids of junk journaling. I caught one of yours yesterday from 1/7/2022 where I left a comment. I saw part 2 of this moments ago so I’m watching part 1 so I can go on to part 2. Oh goodness what a lengthy explanation. Anyway, your words once again are exactly what I need to hear. I’m only about 1/3 in and it’s taken me a bit to type with my thumbs! Wonder what else you have to say here and in part 2! Always love your “chit chat”. ❤️❤️
Not only are you a joy to watch and have the best journaling video tutorials... your so kind to help offer this information. I want to make things for a living I get so much joy out of it. But i have 2 kids and work and a new husband. And sadly in my spare time I sleep with thyroid problems. Of i am not busy and not tired i want to craft. Anywho thank you so much for being a big inspiration to many of us! God bless you!
Oh WOW! Those look so good. And you are right, I used the word "Valentine" because it could easily be used for that too. LOL... Thank you for sharing my digitals. I appreciate you so much (and Melina too)... I've been off the radar lately simply bc my 93 year old dad is really slowing down and lives independently but only 1/2 mile from me. I still have 3 summer digitals for you, that I've packaged back in May and it's still laying on my desk. LOL... Just wanted to touch base and also let you know that when you cross my mind I lift you in prayer. Keep encouraged even through the trials that we face. Love you...
Miss E, I am addicted to your UA-cam channel. I look forward to each one and love to follow along with most of the projects you do. Thank you for sharing your wonderful talents. Sure do love you. 😘🤗
It was so nice to hear you tell us about how you started your business. Thank you for reminding me that when your going thru it, that if theres a will there is a way!🙂 I so needed to hear this. I've been going thru it since Feb when my step dad suddenly passed away, & then 2 months to the day later, my husband passed away! And my step dads kids got the duplex that we're living in & she put it up for sale knowing we had no where to go!! I was waiting for my se tion 8 to come in but I still had 16 months to go before I would have it. But outta no where I got news in the mail that my section 8 came thru, my mama & I were so grateful for that miricle to come thru when it did. But I tell you, we have had to work harder than ever to find an apartment, it has been 1 bump in the road after another!! I was ready to give up yesterday, I cried for 2 hours because I've worked so hard to get all the paperwork in & search for apartments & spent hours filling out applications just to find out there was a pending application on that property. My mama told me last night not to give up & that the apartment we just applied for will be ours. I'm keeping my fingers crossed & once again giving it to God, though my faith has been tested bigtime. We shall see what happens. I'm sorry this is so long, I was just touched by your story & had to reply. Sending you love & light🙂
You started your business kind of like I did. I needed money. I had a lot of yarn because I love to knit, so I started making baby caps and golf club headcovers and selling them on eBay. As they say, start where you are. Now I make pretty good money with a couple of different stores. I really want to make journals, though and I have a lot of ideas for making them different. Your videos have been very inspiring, and I love watching them.
This is an interesting kind of journal. I watched the other one you made too. Lord knows I have plenty of envelopes so I should try it! :) Thanks for your encouraging words. There are many out there I'm sure that are contemplating whether they should start an Etsy or UA-cam channel. I was one a few years ago that was encourage to sell my stuff on Etsy. It's really not that hard but can be intimidating but you have to jump in, like you said! TFS!!❤
Hi Edith. Thank you so very much for your encouraging words. I have been considering an Etsy shop of my own and I won't lie it can be intimidating to this 61 year old. I have been taking care of my husband for several years and have been out of the workforce. My husband died this year so now I have a lot of time to dedicate to a shop. But it's a bit scary. You have given me the encouragement that I need. Thank you. I may pop in one day with some questions if you don't mind.
Hi E. It's so nice to hear how you started. I'm watching you as I go into my boxes of stuff to sort things out for my daughter Tammy's journal I'm making for her birthday in October. At the moment she's sleeping she had covid 6 weeks ago now influenza it's making her really sick . My Tammy is everything to me she looked after me when I had my heart attack and triple bypass 6 years ago. And I don't know what I would do without her. She's 36 in October and I wanted something special for her she loves Victorian and the 1920s so I'm making her first 1920s then Christmas Victorian journal . I thank all the ladies on UA-cam channels for the ideas that I put inside. But mostly I used things that are my family treasures letters , pictures and my mum's lace . This would be a great inclusion to her gift things that are just for her to look at . I'm sitting in my little corner with my cat that Tammy rescued in her work just watching me . So I'll say thankyou again God bless you all keep safe and well from Karen and family in Australia 🙏😺💖🥰🐨🇭🇲
I really like this envelope journal and the paper is gorgeous!! Thank you for sharing your story with us, it just goes to show if you have ambition you can achieve it. Success doesn't happen overnight and we often fall down many times before we can stand. I'm so happy you have succeeded because you inspire so many. Thank you for sharing with us.💕
When it comes to disability I know and feel exactly what your talking about if not for my best friend I don't know what I would have done. Then he became disabled and I helped him til his became approved. I'm loving ❤️ these so far.
On the day I was supposed to begin radiation for breast cancer I broke my right shoulder. Six weeks after my lumpectomy now I’ve had shoulder surgery. Soooo…I’ve spent hours watching your videos. Since I won’t be able to craft for a while I’ve enjoyed watching you and your daughter! Thanks for all you do.
This en velour journal. was really cool I loved your story ❤ God is so good.we have to always know he's always there to pick us up. I love to watch you.and I learn so much
Awesome video! I love how you are so generous with your time and talents! And you ARE VERY talented, sweet lady. There are not very many people that would be so helpful. I also want to give a shout out to Betty! She is also an awesome and talented lady! Thank ya'll for all that you do!
My husband is a disabled veteran and he had to stop working it took him 2 1/2 years to get his disability....we lost everything...what's upsetting is seeing foreigners getting it no problem...so I understand what you went through
That is disgraceful, it really disgusts me how our government is run 😡😡😡 They’ve never worked a day in their lives, never sacrificed and throw money to useless garbage and ignore who really counts. My only hope is they will know suffering more than we can imagine. God bless you and your family.
I love this idea. It’s coming together so nice Mrs. E. I have never made an envelope journal. Now I want to. My Dad always told me I could do anything as long as I put my mind to it. If I failed pick up my boot straps and try again. Never give up just keep trying . If you fail you are stronger for it. You also learned something too. We all must support each other in our crafting endeavors. That’s what families are for. I consider us a family a crafting family. I can’t wait to see your next video. Also the paper is gorgeous . Thank you for sharing a part of your life with us. God bless you and your family. 🤗💕🤗
Thanks for sharing your story. Iam enjoying watching you making the envolop journal and I hope to try this idea soon. You have really inspired me as I have recoovered from covid. Here in Australia we are coming to the end of winter and I am just starting to go out after six weeks of being at home. Once again thanks for your thoughts. Val
Hi Miss Edith. I love how this envelope journal is coming together and look forward to seeing the finished product. I'm thinking about opening an Etsy shop and have been freaking out about it. Your encouraging words reminded me of what my mama used to say: "There is no such thing as can't" and "No search, no find." So wish me luck! Hugs and Cheers from Denver CO!
Thanks for sharing your story Edith, so inspiring, absolutely, where there's a will there's a way, love your envelope journal Love and hugs from Ireland 👍❤️❤️❤️

I love this project and the paper is gorgeous.
Bless your heart, prayers sent your way. E
I pray that everything has worked out in your favor. Saying a prayer for you.
If anyone needs help opening an etsy store or starting a UA-cam, I don’t mind helping them in the least. =).
Can’t wait to see the next installment!
I love listening to all ur stories.
I am so glad I watched tonight. I have wanted to learn more about envelope journals. I also had the privilege of learning more about you. Thanks
You're an awesome🌺blossom!
This is lovely Ms E. Thank you so much for sharing your story and helping to get to know you better.
Thank you for sharing your story! It was very inspirational!
You are truly one of a kind. I love watching your videos. It is my "me" time.
Thank you so much E, I am having a really bad time right now and needed to hear what you say, I am feeling really bad with myself and my circumstances
TFS!!❤
Thank you for your encouragement... Stepping out is scary. I want to sell my journals, I enjoy making them. Also on disability, understand.
❤❤❤ you are awesome!!!
Thank you so much.
prayers for you and your loved ones
I have watched you make these and I am going to try one. Face my fears...lol
@@jacksonpeterson6899 thank you 😊
On the day I was supposed to begin radiation for breast cancer I broke my right shoulder.
You are generous and kind, E. Thank you for all the ways you share yourself with the world!
Great advise,excellent philosophy.
Val
You are off to a great start
Hi Miss Edith. I love how this envelope journal is coming together and look forward to seeing the finished product. I'm thinking about opening an Etsy shop and have been freaking out about it. Your encouraging words reminded me of what my mama used to say: "There is no such thing as can't" and "No search, no find." So wish me luck! Hugs and Cheers from Denver CO!
Hi E, I love envelope projects there is something about all the openings and flaps that make them more unique. Thanks for sharing your idea. 🙂❤️
