Galaxy/Bru-1/Citra/El Dorado/Amarillo/Mosaic hops
GALAXY - strong passion fruit aroma and flavor as well as blasts of clean citrus and peach.
BRU1 - sweet fruit aroma that is often described as pineapple.
CITRA - grapefruit, citrus, peach, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee.
EL DORADO - bright tropical fruit flavors and aromas of pear, watermelon, candy and stone fruit.
AMARILLO - flowery, spicy, tropical, citrus-like
MOSAIC - blueberry and tropical aromas, but is also known to have citrus, grassy, pine, spice, tangerine, papaya, rose, earthy, floral (blossoms), and bubble gum descriptors.
