Thanks for sharing the instant rasam receipe.Rasam is my one of my favorite recipes. I am always looking for the traditional rasam, which I finally find it today on your vlog. I'm excited to make the instant rasam . Thanks again .❤🙏.
Hello from Canada. Enjoyed your video a lot. Great rasam esp when using thipli ( long pepper). Gives rasam a unique taste. I make pineapple Rasam, apple rasam, and even Murunga ellai rasam. One small thing I do differently is I do the seasonion /tempering part also at the end and mix it in with the powder . I heat the ghee, sdd the mustard seeds, cumin, chilies, once they splutter i cool it and add to the powder so we dont need to do fresh tempering. Always stays fressh. I also dry roast finely chopped coriander and let it airdry andadd to the powder making it a truly instant rasam. Sometimes we run short of fresh coriander and curry leaves here in Canad a so i keep my options open
Namaskaram Susha. Thanks a ton for the detailed response and your tips. Glad that Munch and Mull videos have a growing viewer based from Canada. Hearing of Apple rasam for the first time. Thank you for responding to my comment but you haven't answered my query😢. I understand the research and effort you put in your videos but for those of us who do not do sambar/ rasam daily or who have less number of members in the family, this quantity will come for a longer period and hence the flavour of the spices will be lost, hence the query. I notice your videos are on varied subjects but hope you may reconsider for the above reason. Since your videos are quite long - a small suggestion- make shorts so that interested ones may come back for the longer videos - and your effort is not lost. The genuinity of the videos prompts me to make this comment and I hope you'll take it in the right spirit and not as a criticism
