The air filter on that small truck is not blocking out any of the water. It reminds me of my golf cart adventure lol. Water got in the carb and into the engine. Spent a good 3 hrs just cranking the thing until it finally coughed to life.

Weld the diff is the least of his issues, if he throw mud tires on it or 15 inch atv tires on the stock wheels and take the small atv tires off that isn't even touching the ground he go a lot better. Lol
