- Shout Out to Frank for letting me record his Jeep! He contacted me to check out the Jeep and See why he was getting the Famous Deathwobble! Luckily we were able to find out the Trackbar bushings are shot! I was also able to notice that a jam nut on one of the heims was loose causing the Heim to move and if left unfixed it could mess up the threads on the Drag Link! Hope this Helped you guys out.

Dude, the death wobble I had was from my ball joints. I replaced all front suspension components, and I mean all. Now, I need a wheel alignment baaaad!
Great info. Keep up the good content
Thanks Chris 💪
He needs to check the toe and the caster. Needs to be sure the drag link and track bar are parallel, the bushing on that track bar is definitely shot at the frame side , the sway bar should be at a 20-25 degree up angle, his sway bar links are too short, you can set the axle foward a bit, his caster angle is a big problem
That’s a lot of play in them hiem joints, I’m thinking the threads are wobbled out so check this before you apply red lock-tight…..very sketchy letting them get that loose! The caster is definitely an issue! Good luck and let us know the outcome!
Yes if you don’t lock-tite heims they can get loose from all the bouncing!
Right on!
💪
G-pack adventures was on a 8” lift with short arms and 35’s and he had zero drivability issues. His problems were off-road
I’ll check G-pack out!
My WJ sitting at now 5 inches of lift could not get rid of the death wobble with high-quality Trail, forged short arms absolutely need long arms if you’re even over 3 inches but then again, I always see people with anywhere from 3 to 6 inch lifts with short arms and they have no problem. I don’t understand it but all I know is long arms fixed my problem.
Yea everyone always has a different solution😂
Nope, dude on yt went 8” on short arms he had no death wobble
was the giveaway prize winner announced??
Not yet. I was supposed to go live today but didn’t have time. Will do it tomorrow on my Instagram @najaroffroad livestream 6:30PM PST
Ok so my problem is i put in a new steering kit and i got it alighned but i still get death wobble at 25mph sometimes 20 mph so idk what it is
