At the begining the spoiler was going up/down but the light was open on the dash. Before one week the spoiles stop moving and I checked both pumps and I found some drops of oil, little not to much
Priamos A. was it leaking from hydraulic cylinders, or from the inside the hatch, where the pump is hidden? Replacing seals and o-rings is easy, bleeding it to perfection is hard. Pump and cylinders have to be sent to me, or I could help over the phone, but it is messy and annoying thing to do yourself. Took me couple of days first time to work out routine where both cylinders are going up exactly same distance. o-rings I sourced at trucking supply place, by matching. Porsche offers no spares parts on any of this. See here more details: www.6speedonline.com/forums/996-turbo-gt2/343162-i-rebuilt-active-spoiler-hydraulics.html if your cylinder retainer is not broken, then it is doable to just reseal, refill and bleed. Otherwise I have spare pump in my shop...
Mima Yomama Firstly I would like to thank you for your reply. I didn't open the hatch to show the pump, at the bottom of cylinder there is a plastic cover I saw some oil and I open the cover and I found that the oil was leaking from the nuts was same from both sides. What you suggest? if you don't mind please send me your email for a private discussion. Thanks
