4 Rock sugar 4粒 冰糖
Seasonings 调味料 :
3 tablespoon Chilli bean paste 3汤匙 辣豆瓣酱
2 tablespoon Sweet bean sauce 2汤匙 甜面酱
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
1 tablespoon HuaDiao Wine 1汤匙 花调酒
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
